I am told that an email has been sent with instructions to reset the password, but the email never arrives! Every few days I try again and on one occasion the app logged me in using my original password but there were no updates in my portal which I knew should have been there. It’s useless! ### 1/5 — Be warned, no support! *2022-07-05, version 1.14.2* Patient appointment SMS failures for weeks, little to no support from their staff. Never answer their phone. App is glitchy at times, have to save regularly or lose info. Leaving company as sick of their lack of support and no interest or effort from staff. Now they won’t help us get our data file for 1200 patients to merge with other provider. Finally get back to us after 10 calls/emails and we get “I can’t do that, email support”. And around we go. Complete disregard for our business and our patients. Complained to HCCC to seek guidance and recourse. Possible breach of ethics with client files and long term access.
