Used to work great but is now non functional ### 1/5 — not ReadyForPrimeTime *2026-07-14* The app requires that I type in my campus single logon password daily. This password is required to be more than 20 characters. typing that in with my thumb and no option to use Face ID to unlock it simply not practical. Today I simply couldn't get my thumbs to work to type my password correctly... and I got locked out of the app. My IT tells me there's no luck on my account but the app tells me I'm locked out. There was no way that I could trust this as something reliable for clinical use, no matter how fancy the note integration may be (I can't even get to the point of seeing what the current note quality is like at present because I'm locked out). ### 1/5 — Quality of Transcription doesn't matter when you can't open *2026-03-27* until they fix the login problem--requiring us to use the ridiculously hospital password typed in with thumbs without any option to see what you have written every time, it's useless ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-11-04* If you can login, it works. If you lock it or it signs you out, have to login again. Only problem is that the password field is unclickable. Nothing native. Opens a browser and password field cannot be selected. Only solution is to delete app and reinstall. Daily. I hope my company drops this app and uses another one. ### 1/5 — No customization *2025-10-28* App has absolute zero customization. It’s the same for all users. Terminology and description is very basic meant on not appropriate for medical documentation. Also cannot pull information from last note. Would not recommend only due to the inconsistency. However it is so inconvenient that we don’t know when it will not work. ### 2/5 — Login sucks / complicated notes good/ forget it for easy notes… *2026-08-17* For Oracle to require 12 passwd letters show how stupid the world of comptr security is…. When in program, it is good to run for internal medicine like notes that are complicated. O/w i dont use. Oh, if you enter anything in note manually before the app has added its note… you will loose all you typed. Requires work arounds copy and paste. ### 4/5 — Support for secondary microphones would be nice. *2025-10-02* App seems to work pretty well.
