UPDATE: Es gibt eine Web-App, die wesentlich weniger schlecht ist:

Es wurde alles schon gesagt, die App wird mit jedem Update unbenutztbarer. Bevor ich mich einloggen kann stürzt die app 5-10 mal app. Wenn man anschließend einen Button drückt muss man 10-20 Sekunden auf eine Reaktion warten.

This is by far the worst and slowest app ever created.  You need to hire IT people who actually know what they’re doing.  A five year old could build a better app. It’s sad this app is forcing me to quit the study.

This app is horrible.  The lag time for each data call is ridiculous.  I don’t have fifteen minutes to waste to input data that should only take a matter of seconds.

Why do you make an app with so much beauricracy??? Why to make the life of trapped users, a living hell????

It’s also full of bugs!!! It has one functionality, and it’s doing it the worst possible!!!!

Many times it tell me twice a day to say the hour I took the medication. But I take it only once!!!! 

You had only one job man!! One job!!!

Die App lädt unglaublich lange. Alles. Ultra unresponsiv. Man tippt. Es passiert 20sek GARNICHTS. Dann plötzlich.
Manche Eingaben werden garnicht erkannt. 
So eine einfache App, die verdammt Schlecht programmiert ist..

Aplikacja działa gorzej niż tragicznie. Wypełnianie ankiet to dramat, co chwilę się zacina, kliknięcie działa dopiero po jakimś czasie nie wspomnę o ciągłym ładowaniu czegoś na ekranie. Pomimo wysyłania ankiet w klinice nie widzą że została wypełniona. Zdecydowanie odradzam a twórcom doradzam wyłączyć ten syf.

Aplikacja się zacina w trakcie wypełniania ankiety, wyrzuca. Samo wypełnienie testowej ankiety, która ma 2-3 pytań zajmuje średnio 8-10 minut, bo aplikacja w międzyczasie się zawiesi, wywali, wyloguje i wywali masę innych błędów. 
Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Die App stürzt ständig ab, alles lädt Minuten lang. Die einfachsten Eingaben können nur nach mehrmaligen Antippen und langem Geduldsfaden getätigt werden, wenn man soweit dann erstmal gekommen ist, dauert es nochmal eine halbe Ewigkeit bis man die Eingabe bestätigen kann. Wenn man Glück hat und sie nicht vorher wieder abstürzt.

Eine Anwendung die einfache Eingaben nicht ohne etliche Abstürze und minutenlanges warten erfassen kann ist einfach nur Quälerei. Was zum teufel rechnet diese Anwendung. Warum dauert eine Anmeldung mindestens 2 min. Warum brauche ich für jede Eingabe mindestens 5 min ? Und warum stürzt sie mindestens einmal ab?

I agree with CTuser. This program is so bad. Haven’t been able to log in for at least 9 days. I have the web based link and have been using that to get in and answer the questions. Trying to use the app, it starts the login then pops up saying Error[001] and stops. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it gets to”Setting things up” and then pops up the same error.

This is the worst app I have used in any clinical trial. It added diaries that shouldn’t be there. It randomly kicks you out. Now it will not allow me to log in despite multiple resets, deleting and then adding the app again. I don’t see how any Sponsor can get accurate data when the subjects can’t even get in to use it.

This is the slowest and glitchiest app I have ever used. It takes forever to load screens and sync. It constantly signs you out of the app or crashes. There are SO MANY unnecessary screens/prompts and repeat notices that also take an insane amount of time to load. It honestly doesn’t make sense how bad this app is or why it is so slow. I would never willingly use or recommend this app, I am only using it to participate in a study.

For a clinical study of which I’m participating, I am required to use this app.  It is abysmally slow, often presents tasks as read-only (unable to be selected), and presents duplicate tasks.  If I was a pharmaceutical company gathering data, I would be horrified about the accuracy and integrity due to this problematic app.

I never write negative reviews. My mama taught me “if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all” BUT I’ve never been so frustrated with an app in all my life! Currently have to back out to sign out to go back to password screen to even load which takes 20+ minutes. And this is better than before when it would load and go nowhere or lock me off all together with no explanation.

This is the most slow and pain in the “you know what” app that I have ever used.  I have wasted so much of my time trying to login, let alone answer the required questions. Suggest Lily use a different app

That this app is used for clinical trials is dangerous.  I’m asked to use this app to track my taking of a daily trial medicine.  The app is reliably slow and buggy. It takes multiple attempts to login without error (correct credentials, their system errors upon login).  The login process with retries takes upwards of 5 minutes (it’s that slow and error prone)

Once you login, the responsiveness of the app is so bad that clicking on simple controls will often take 10-30 seconds per action to see any change in the UI.     To fill out a simple 3 question form will take a total user time of upwards of 7 minutes from login to finish.   

I’ve had days where I’ve been unable to login to track my dosage and as it’s a daily drug, the days blend together and not being able to verify if I’ve taken the medicine runs a risk of double dosing or missing. 

If you’re a CRO running a trial, you’d be better off asking trial sites to use paper and pencil.

It should not take an app over 10 minutes to load after logging in. This is the slowest app I've ever had to use and if it wasn't required for a clinical test I am currently in, I would never use it
