Thank you Dr. Nikhil Joshi and the developers of this free app. I have been suffering depression and anxiety since the birth of my 3 year old son.  The meditation series has allowed me to tune in and redirect my mind to a more positive space. We are so hard on ourselves in the society we live in today.  I support this app, the relief of meditation and the guidance it has brought me through the hard times we all sometimes face.
