For the episodes that play it’s great, but some lose AV, won’t play at all or won’t download. Very frustrating, especially when on home wifi

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to let us know what’s going on. We’re sorry some episodes are losing audio/video or refusing to download, especially when you’re on Wi-Fi; that’s understandably frustrating.

The team is actively tackling these playback and download bugs, and a recent update includes several fixes. Could you check the App Store/Google Play for the latest version and see if that helps? If the issue persists, try toggling your Wi-Fi off/on or downloading over a different network as a quick workaround.
