## What is clinicgram?

Clinicgram is a tool to support the health care provider during the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of clinical cases related to skin, tissue, eyes, nails, hair or teeth.
Allows healthcare professionals to take images with their mobile device
(Smartphone/Tablet), fill in associated clinical scales, and integrate this information into the patient's electronic medical record and request a second medical opinion on them.
Additionally, Clinicgram offers the possibility for the health professional to obtain a list of possible treatments for the clinical cases studied. 
Clinicgram will also allow the health professional to obtain graphs of the evolution of the cases from the data  similar parameters and values of the associated clinical scale.
