This app is designed to help the trainers that work at so many ski resorts around the country, trying to help people prepare for PSIA exams. It does a few key things. First, embedded in it is the list of things candidates need to learn for the PSIA Alpine L1 and L2 exams. It is based on the PSIA-W current task list, but it should work nationally. If your students can do all this to your satisfaction, they should be able to pass the exam in any region. Second, it allows you to take notes about your candidates and store all those notes over time to see their progress. And it enables you to administer mock exams to give your candidates practice under stress. Third, when you want, you can send the notes for a particular clinic to yourself, your management or them. You can send them via email or copy-paste from the app into text. The app has everything that a trainer will need to track, coach, and prepare candidates for successful assessment as they progress through the certification process. Skiing, tasks, movement analysis, tech knowledge, and mock assessments are all covered in this app. It is easy to use and allows the trainer to interact with individual candidates to map their progress.
