This app is easy to navigate, straight to the point and convenient ### 3/5 — App is sooo slow now *2023-02-06* Overall love the app for quick access to patient contact information. However this recent update is making the app very useless for me. The app is now so slow now that I just end up logging into my EMR. I just get a notification and check the app, I can see all the important details that tell me whether or not I want to accept a patient (it’s still HIPAA compliant) and just press a button for Yes or for No. Honestly don’t know how more agencies aren’t using this. It seems like our patients are getting seen way faster by the closest clinician. Everyone is using less time to staff patients and more time to treat/chart.
