### 2/5 — Unsure

*2016-06-19, version 1.02*

I've filled everything out for a month now and got my first monthly report. It was pretty much blank. Not sure if I need to give it more time but so far I can't see the point?

Every survey was very glitchy and hard to fill out so hopefully this is also rectified.

It's an app we need, so I'm willing to keep trying to see if the outcome is better next month, if not I'll delete.

### 3/5 — A bit disappointed

*2015-06-14, version 1.02*

If you read the review below you will see my initial response to this app. I have used it for a number of months since then, and while I still want my original comments to stand, I appreciate the app more now. Yes, it has its limitations, but it has helped me to track my symptoms and manage my health.

I want so much to like this app and when I bought it was very hopeful it could help me track and manage my symptoms. However, it needs some improvements in order to do this. Firstly, because there are several different surveys, an explanation page covering these and some technical terms used would have been helpful.
Secondly there's the nature of the surveys themselves. I can't comment on the monthly survey as the app won't let me open it. It was four frustrating days before the weekly and nutritional surveys would open. The weekly survey is very detailed and covers your symptoms over the week. I don't believe filling this out at the end of the week is going to be very accurate for me, as I don't think I'll be able to remember all my symptoms without guesswork. I wouldn't like to fill out this survey every day, but I do need something that can track my symptoms daily.
I was also disappointed in the nutritional survey, which asks when and where you ate each day. That's it. It's pointless me filling this out as I rarely eat out and eat my meals like clockwork. I would have preferred it if the survey covered my nutrition, however for a person who struggles to eat regularly, or eats out a lot, it might be helpful.
Because the Clinihelp app has only just been released I do expect improvements on it. I certainly hope there are, otherwise I can't see it being very useful too me.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2015-05-12, version 1.02*

Waste of everything, and doesn't work. Why not just employ someone to poke me with a stick, that would be an improvement on this app.

### 1/5 — Awkward to use and not much detail

*2014-10-03, version 1.02*

I'm not sure what the point of this app is. There are many other symptom trackers which are easier to use and more in depth.

The symptom survey is repetitive, and not in enough detail to be of any use. For example, you cannot build up a daily pattern of symptoms to refer back to.

The nutritional survey does not record types of food taken, only times of meals. It also doesn't seem to have any relation to the symptoms survey. (Incidentally, the nutritional survey never submits first time - not sure why?).

It would be more helpful if you could see if foods eaten caused symptoms to flare, but there are other, better apps that can do this already, anyway.

I was expecting much more for the price, especially when backed by a university.

### 1/5 — Don't waste your time, money and energy

*2014-09-23, version 1.02*

Poorly designed, glitches, and no clear purpose. Seems like a cash grab from vulnerable patients, waste of time to fill out survey questions.

### 3/5 — Needs testing and proofing and a survey designer

*2014-09-03, version 1.02*

Quite a few small glitches and typos erode the trust needed in an app like this.

Needs a much clearer up front description of what the app is and how it works before asking for so much personal information.

More: such a poor survey design with no real understanding of how to get people to provide real data, let alone people with fatigue based illnesses.

I so want to support this app, but they make it so very hard to use.

Update: I used this for a month to see what it would report, but all I got was a pdf with two or three headings on it. Don't waste your time with this app.

### 1/5 — Won't work!

*2014-08-14, version 1.01*

I have tried several time know to complete the weekly survey. Which not only takes time but precious energy! All it says when I try to submit is 'complete the survey and submit again'. I checked the survey and rechecked but still the same problem! Not happy. Wasted energy i do not have!
