And, after last update, I was unable to deposit any check through the app. It happened to me twice now. I had to go to an office to deposit my check now. I encourage to the CSB team mobile to look further this issue which I believe I may not the only one. The message when I try to deposit says: “the image cannot be recognized”. It instantly redirects me to the Apple Mail App to "Send a Message" to CSB; yet, when I do so and try to return to the app, it says "Please Wait" and is otherwise frozen until it times out. Then the whole thing happens all over again. I cannot use this app anymore so I will delete it. Very inconvenient, as this happened when I needed it most.
