I can’t imagine adding the extra stress of keeping track of everything. Paperwork, billing, scheduling? What a nightmare! While I don’t enjoy seeing new notifications as it usually means more (stuff) has just hit the fan, I’m still incredibly grateful for this tool. It would be much more stressful finding letters in the mail, only to discover that I had a hearing on the docket and I missed it by two days, or showing up after taking time off of work only to find out that the Judge had issued a continuance. This app organizes and simplifies what would otherwise be the most tedious, draining, and chaotic experience one could possibly be forced to negotiate. I don’t know exactly how I would go through this situation or how different it would look if I didn’t have this app, but I guarantee it wouldn’t go over well, nor would it look very pretty…. I highly recommend this priceless tool for individuals and legal teams everywhere!!! An absolute must!! ### 2/5 — Needs updating *2025-07-18, version 1.7.0* I uploaded photos and filled out the Title of a group of photo . The title doesn’t show and photos are shown by worthless photo numbers not description. So now I can erase the files , but now must title hundred of photos individually, then all never stayed a day . And 10 pdf files on iPhone don’t even show up a day later but on iMac they are there. It’s making me do to much to transfer a photo album . Please fix today ! It is a communication app and it doesn’t allow ANY fluid communication. You will be signed out REGULARLY to endlessly dead loop the login process and never succeed. Messages will be cut off when you press send. So don’t type TOO much cause it will just completely disappear. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC JOKE OF AN APP! The app automatically logs you out every 3 minutes and asks for email and confirmation link every single time. It’s actually pretty annoying and never works for me. If you call the 800 number it’s for the lawyers so if you can’t read the Messages good luck! It’s infuriating and I actively try to avoid using this app and web client when I can. ### 1/5 — Needs Work *2025-06-30, version 1.7.0* For a few weeks now, the app hasn’t been working well. I used to be able to access the app by using Face ID, but now it logs you out of the app entirely. You have to manually log into the app every time, then access two-factor authentication via email TWICE every time. Because you’re logged out of the app, you don’t get notifications through your phone. You have to check your email to see if you’ve received anything. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-05-27, version 1.7.0* This app is great in concept but very lacking in actual functionality and application. When you go to leave a message the entire top half of the screen shakes and vibrates fiercely up and down making typing extremely difficult and annoying. Additionally if you need to scroll up to review previous messages and see timeline and it is nearly impossible because it stops at intervals in the past history and will not let you scroll further and it constantly bounces to a particular point in the timeline repeatedly. This is beyond frustrating because it is often necessary to review previous case messages and ability to see when and what documents were sent in chronological order. It shows nondocs submitted on the client side but the office sees everything Ibwas told by customer support I have to use Chrome instead of Safari and copy/paste the link.
