It’s caused our office to miss appointments. Also, you still can’t send text reminders for firm attendees. It would be ideal to be able to send text reminders for firm attendees for any amount of time prior to the event. The app is clean, intuitive, and always works just how I expect. I am on the lowest tier so I can’t speak to any of the fancier tools or benefits, but I’m very pleased and won’t be leaving anytime soon. It has allowed us to go nearly paperless and continually improves our documentation of cases, billing, and handling of emails and documents. I would choose it all over again.
