Having never used the app, I didn’t have either. But it won’t let me create one. I have never used this program before so I have no login or password yet. I just downloaded it. Since there was no screen to register, I tried logging in with my apps email and password. Didn't work! Next I tapped Reset Password. I need to supply my username, but the only username I have with this particular ap is my email address. It told me it would email me the screen to reset my password. The email never came or at least what is usually instantaneous, has not arrived 15 minutes later.
