But once I became close to the cash out amount I was logged out and the app started giving issues. I tried to uninstall and reinstall only to find out logging in with my email (yahoo) is no longer an option. Only Apple ID, Google, Facebook, and I forgot what else. When I tried signing in with one of these it was as if I had a new account. With $0. I reached out to ClipClaps support via email opening a “ticket”. No one responds. I’ve reached out multiple times and the only reply I get after a week or two is basically: “We’re sorry. Your ticket has expired. Please reach out to us again.” Smh. This is so frustrating. ### 1/5 — Okay app, but doesn’t actually pay out money *2020-10-03, version 2.1.0* It can be a fun app to kill some time, but I made a withdrawal request on March 1 (!!) and still have not received my money. I have reached out multiple times, and was told I would have my money “in 2-3 days” each time. Well, it’s been been 7 months of waiting “2-3 days” and still never received anything. Don’t play this game if you expect any real rewards. It’s just another game to waste time, but it just has the added trick of making you think there are real rewards when they have no intention of paying out. ### 1/5 — Still waiting for my money *2020-08-12, version 1.9.8* I thought this was a great app until I try to cash out the $10 minimum minus 25 cent fee. Still says “processing” weeks later. And after looking at other reviews it looks like I’m definitely not the only one with this problem. I don’t understand. Other apps I use regularly process payments within a day or two. This is extremely sad because I really did like the app. If I ever get paid I will update the review. Oh and the invite friends feature has never rewarded me with anything. I’ve tried multiple different friends, different ways, etc. I think I received one free chest one time. That’s crappy too. Honestly I just want the money I earned so I can continue to enjoy your app. I get the needing 7 days to process or whatever but not weeks with still no money. Come on! ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2020-07-28, version 1.9.7* After working so hard and for having with app for over a year I finally got 10 dollars to withdraw and it’s been over a month and my first request to withdraw to PayPal got declined then my current one has been pending for over 2 weeks. I feel completely scammed and honestly am starting to re think putting my time into this app. ### 2/5 — GIVE ME MONEY *2020-06-07, version 1.8.3* So I cashed out around mid April & still have yet to receive it in my paypal. It says it’ll send to you within 7 business days.... BULL CRAP! It’s still on pending. Send me my money or I’m done with this game for good. Also fix your fish game. It lags way too much. Not like it’ll matter if I don’t get paid though😐 I already know I’m gonna be told to contact them but they probably will either blow it off or act like they’re gonna do something. If I get my cash back I’ll change my review. Until then don’t waste anytime on it cause it’s not actually paying me. Pay me & prove me wrong ### 1/5 — Clipclaps no longer pays *2020-06-03, version 1.8.3* This used to be a nice app for making a little money every now and then. I used to receive my money shortly after cashing out. However, after cashing out $10 in February and $15 in May, I have yet to receive either payment. I created a ticket with support over a week ago and sent them a screenshot along with my ClipClaps ID, but have received no response. Therefore, I must give a one star review and stop using the app. Once I receive payment, I will give the app a good review and continue supporting it. ### 1/5 — Rigged game declined cashout irregular activity!? *2020-05-16, version 1.8.0* Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the various email addresses I found for the company to get some of my personal email registered . Did however get my PayPal account linked and so I tried to cash out the 25 cents with no fee.. it was declined due to irregular activity ... I call garbage . I used the app the way it was suppose to and even participated in there various mini games ... and customer service is a joke can’t change my info correctly but you can sure as heck flag me and decline my cashout .. horrible horrible company I don’t know how this has so many fake reviews so I can only assume they were faked... DELETED! ### 2/5 — MAJOR BUG !! *2020-05-01, version 1.7.7* Hello, I’m having a big issue with the rewards section of the app. Not sure if it’s a bug or a glitch. The thing is I can’t see the coins boxes till i scroll up using both of my hands, i know it sounds funny, and when I see the treasure boxes up there i can’t even click on any of them because I’m using both of my hands and if i let go of one finger, the page automatically scrolls down. It’s so frustrating !! please fix it ! ### 1/5 — Still haven’t gotten paid... *2020-03-25, version 1.7.1* It was great at first. I made it to $10 pretty fast and they paid out in about 3 days. I keep watching videos and playing games and made it to $30. I have yet to get the money. It has been a month and no money. I sent them a message after 10 days and got a response that said a lot of people cashed out and to give it a few more days. 20 days later and still no money. I sent another message and got the same automatic response as before. Don’t waste your time, you may get $10, but then nothing. ### 2/5 — Glitchy App *2020-03-08, version 1.6.7* I honestly really like this app, but the fish game keeps glitching out and randomly not letting me feed my fish for days at a time ie. earn more money. They say they’re feedable but when I try to feed them it says “all fish are full”. I have been trying to contact support in the app but have had no luck seeing as you have to validate your email to get support but I have never received an email from them to validate it. I’ve checked spam folders and everything. If it ever lets me earn up to the $10 needed to cash out I’m getting my money and leaving. ### 2/5 — Sad *2020-03-08, version 1.6.7* Used this for awhile. I scroll through videos sometimes but mostly used the aquarium game and now all of a sudden I can no longer feed my fish as all it says all fish are full even tho it's been days since I've been able to feed them. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading I tried waiting to see if I just reached my limit for the day but no. Will be deleting if not fixed soon. I have Facebook for dumb videos everyone has seen a million times. ### 1/5 — SCAM!! *2020-02-12, version 1.6.5* Update: Two months now and I did not receive my payment of 10$, the support doesn’t answer at all, this is garbage and a big scam. Be aware and do not waste your time, make sure to report it to the App Store. After 20 days still no payment, it is marked as processing for almost a month now. They tell you to contact them in the app on the support section but they keep closing the tickets without an answer. I submitted more than 8 tickets and they are all closed. This app doesn’t pay and doesn’t answer either; I hope that it will be removed eventually from the App Store as they do not allow scammers to run on here. **Developer response:** Hi, we´ve recently moved our customer support from email to an in-app system. Please go to "me" - "support" and proceed to open a ticket with our customer service team. Thanks. ### 4/5 — Wouldn’t load on phone after update *2020-01-29, version 1.6.3* Was pretty mad that the app wouldn’t open after the update I’ve even turned my phone off and turned it back on still didn’t work even in installed it and re downloaded it an nothing at all I had a good one goin. Update it’s working now and still had all cash on there from before thanks ### 3/5 — It takes a while *2020-01-10, version 1.6.1* Well, I got the app, and here’s my honest review. Yes, you do get actual PayPal credit for collecting over 100,000 coins (by watching videos or playing games) but it takes too long to get 100,000 coins. It pays you $1 for every 100,000 coins collected. It feels like you have to spend an entire day to really collect that amount of coins to earn a dollar. So if you constantly watch videos, then this is an OKAY thing, but not the BEST way to earn money. ### 1/5 — I love this app BUT..... *2019-12-30, version 1.6.0* I loved this app, you can watch videos to get chest to open and reveal your prize. You can own an aquarium and watch your fishes grow and become worth money. You even get scratch cards But the lucky wheel you get to spin to get coins to be able to scratch cards will only give you $100,000 a day. Each card cost $50,000 and most of the time you’ll only get $7,000 payout of red coins. But whenever it gets time to cash out to PayPal it says error!!!!!!!! I’ve tried 2 days in a row now and it will not let me link my paypal so after thinking this time I can cash out this little bit of money I can’t. I try through App Store by clicking on app support which sends me to their website. No option for contact except email at the bottom, so I try to email them only to learn my email could not be delivered because the email does not exist. I wanted to contact because all my fishes in aquarium disappeared, including one that’s worth $25 that has been there for years. Now when I open the game, there are no fishes & has start over ### 1/5 — THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! *2023-09-27* After the app was updated to the new version whenever I’m trying to login it’s telling me to update to the latest version on the website when I try to do that it’s saying login failed plus I was having a problem with the cash out method before this has happened I tried to cash out the $20 to my PayPal and everytime I try when it reaches the 14 days for me to get the money it failed I even try other cash out methods and it’s the same thing I would never recommend anyone to this app was waiting to see if I would truly get the $20 to my PayPal before I recommend it to my friends but as far as I can see THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! ### 1/5 — Fake game *2023-05-12* I got to the $15 to withdrawal on the game it tells you to “bind your PayPal” then prompts you saying your PayPal is linked to your account but still keeps telling you to bind it every single time you try to withdrawal and refuses to let you withdrawal then when you message support about it I keep getting a “unable to send message” response from the support this game is a waste of time and you don’t actually get money because when u waste enough time playing it you can’t even withdrawal the money it refuses to let you so save yourself the time trying to get money and don’t waste the time on this game! ### 1/5 — No customer service and it’s been over a month for payment *2023-01-26, version 3.9.1* I have never had so many problems out of a app and being paid for it!!! The first time it was processing for 14 days and was then denied. I tried again and it’s been pending for 3 weeks! I contacted customer service but was told that if withdrawals are pending for more than 14 days, they are denied and that I had to “boost” to get mine approved quicker. Well….I boosted mine and it’s still “processing”. And if it were true that they get denied after 14 days….maybe approve them faster? And why has mine been pending for 3 weeks? Such a scam. Don’t waste your time….don’t download this app ### 1/5 — Time waster *2021-09-17, version 2.9.7* I watch 10 or more videos per day or hour yet I didn’t get single cash rewards from crates ,the worst thing is I hardly earned 10k golds and I exchanged with 10 golden chest yet I didn’t get cash rewards participating raffles,even if I received it’s gonna be 10 sents or lesser than 50 sents .clip claps not funny at all I didn’t download this game on purpose entertainment but to earn little amount at least one weak or one day per 1 dollar but it’s truly hard to do ,and waste of data mobile data costs more than what I’m earning here Funny thing is the most dumbest thing in this game I realized developers are how dumb!!!! You should definitely avoid this app ### 1/5 — SCAM *2021-05-05, version 2.8.0* requested 10$ withdraw with mobile recharge after waiting about 7 days Declined. requested 0.10$ {minimum amount} with Paypal after waiting about 7 days Declined. they say we dont process the withdraw under 15$. but there is option for 0.10$ paypal and 10$ mobile recharge. ikr?. and ofc after using it for about 9 months ig i dont even remember now i got 11$ only. and not only me one of my brothers and 2 friends. dont waste your time they dont pay they just earn from you. ### 1/5 — SCAM!!!! HERE’S WHY *2020-11-02, version 2.2.6* Did anyone stumble upon this limited time offer thing where there are cool products and prizes in my case I chose 120$. First of all they said you need 10 people to get the 120$ straight to your PayPal. Everyone you invite slash a price for you just like a debt , and before you invite 10 people they made it seem like it is 10 people you need to invite to redeem it but that was absolutely a scam, the more you invite the lower the slashes get. After that, I saw another scam where you and a person would be on a contest, but unknowngly to me it is a bot, basically you can never win, the more and faster the refer the more the bots refer too. I realized it late I wasted close to 5 hours on this I’m 100% sure if that offer was real I would’ve won it. I really wish I could sue clipclaps, this is by far the biggest and smartest scam in my life. ### 1/5 — The app turned into a scam! *2020-10-23, version 2.2.0* The app its content is good .. however!? At first I collected 20 dollars from the application, then I made a withdrawal and waited for seven days, and I did not receive the withdrawal, then I waited 15 days and it did not reach me, I contacted the application administration and the response was that the application does not pay less than 20 dollars, this means that the withdrawal process must be 30 And above, a few days later I collected $ 30 and then made a withdrawal, and the amount never reached me, and my email was not answered! I'm sure the app is no longer paying money and turned into a scam. ### 1/5 — The WORST app and customer service. *2020-10-20, version 2.2.0* YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY. And when you don’t, there is absolutely no one to help you because ‘there are too many people contacting them’. I played this game for 3 YEARS and went to pull out my $40 that I earned going on EVERYDAY, and it wouldn’t work. Now, it has signed me out of my account and I can’t even sign back in to get on my profile and keep earning, feed my fish, etc. I am SO disappointed. Every person I invited that was a daily app user of clip claps have cancelled and deleted their app because of this. Good luck everyone ### 5/5 — Awesome *2019-12-13, version 1.5.9* Okay, here is my honest review. The app has a few sections: videos, rewards, games. I will go over them in order. Videos - The videos contents are clearly meant to be funny, it's a hit or miss sometimes, but usually if you watch a few of them you'll find something that makes you laugh. There isn't a specific category, it's just everything goes! It's nice that once you "clap" for a video you can find it again later, this help you save contents that you really like. Overall the video section is pretty well done, only has a few glitches here and there but never one that repeats too often (i guess bugs are patched out pretty quickly). Rewards - This is obviously the star of the show. When you first register you'll be landing on the rewards page. The concept can be confusing for first timers -- you open crates to get different rewards (cash, tokens or coins), you can withdraw cash to your paypal, you can use tokens to participate in raffles, and you can redeem cash with coins. The nice thing is that you will be rewarded with these crates if you watch some videos. It's kind of addicting in a nice way. Games - My absolute favorite is Aquarium, it's just nice and calming to know your virtual fish babies are growing bigger everyday. After the excitment of watching funny videos and opening loot crates, it's simply nice to sit down for a moment and feed some fish. I don't know why, it's just how it is. This is a great app to have on your phone. 5/5 would recommend ### 5/5 — Truely exceeded my expectations *2019-12-13, version 1.5.9* I guess that's the best way to put this. I thought this was a scam, my kid downloaded this app by accident. Before I know it they were laughing on the ground and rolling around. The videos on clipclaps are pretty great, especially with kid. Although you can certainly see some contents that adults would appreciate as well. Now my kids are using clipclaps for pocket money, they were on the app 24/7 I had to physically take their IPAD away to restrict their IPAD time lol. Now they can only use clipclaps together with mommy and daddy, we have a great time watching videos and feeding fishies. After downloading, I was really surprised. For me, an indoorsman, this app satisfies my wish to be happy lying at home. Its videos are extremely funny and of high quality. After this version update, it is more convenient and stable to use. The new version has a lot of optimized functionality for opening box. The game session is a plus for the app. I usually watch videos for a while and then play games. The process is very rich. I have to mention that the customer service of this app is also very responsible, and they will help solve any problems in the use process.
