Lost $1.99 because it doesn’t work

**Developer response:** Sorry, there was a compatibility issue with the newer version of iOS which would cause the app to crash on some devices.  This has been fixed. I deleted and reinstalled but still won’t let open the app can you please fix the problem.

Update: the app is still not working please fix it. June 3 2019

Ok I liked the photos and illustrations, but using the app is so Complicated and time consuming! I would much rather have just be able to straight download pictures and illustrations to my photos than upload pictures when I want to change!! This app makes it so hard to use due to all the different things that they have lite up and so much clutter that you get lost in “BULLSHIT” advertising for your money!! My Opinion is keep looking, This app is about getting your MONEY NOT PROVIDING A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCT!!

**Developer response:** The app is called HD Wallpaper "PRO" because it does have some great features you won't find in any other wallpaper app (particularly the If-Lost feature).  Sorry you didn't need those features.  We have other wallpaper apps that are not "pro" if you want those.  However, it's still very easy to use this app if you don't want all those features.  Simply run the app, double tap on the current wallpaper to bring up the wallpaper selector and scroll through to find a wallpaper you want to use.  Then, double tap on the If Lost section and tap Delete, then tap Menu > Save to Photo Library.  As for the "BS advertising," the app has no advertising in it at all, other than a few mentions of our other apps.

Great choice of wallpapers to suit all tastes. Plenty of room for return info. I’m delighted with this purchase.
