False Advertisement!!! Love Your Apps... But Please Enough With The False Advertisements!!! ### 1/5 — Unable to restore *2019-03-21* Bought premium service unable to restore purchase on my new iPhone. **Developer response:** Apple handles all installing, purchasing and updating of apps via their iTunes App Store. Can you add a feature that would allow us to import AND EDIT an Audio file that’s already on the device? **Developer response:** Thanks for the suggestion. These sounds cannot be added to a CLIPish Pro Card where it says, “Customize”. They never mention that in the description OR in the tutorial video. I had to comment on the birthday card I posted to a friend’s timeline to add the sound. A very cheap, dorky way of adding a birthday song to a card! 👎🏼Disappointment! **Developer response:** The product page describes what the app does, including the steps to use it. Nowhere do we suggest or imply that it works with other images, etc. If you read the product page, it says exactly what it does. If you assumed it did something that it doesn't do, contact Apple and they can give you a refund. We hope you'll reconsider the poor star rating, considering we never said or implied it did what you're disappointed it doesn't do. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Just ok *2017-06-24* This App would have gotten a higher rating - except it puts a Clipish advertisement at the end if the sounds. Also too many of the sounds are Donald Trump's voice - the "developers" need to be more creative than this. I will probably delete the app from my phone. **Developer response:** You actually CAN turn those watermarks off that are at the end of each sound, if you have upgraded to the Premium Features from within the app. (Which also gives you hundreds of more sounds as well as all future sounds as they are added.) ### 3/5 — Just tried it; definitely has unlimited possibilities! *2017-09-26* Only scratched the surface! **Developer response:** We have been adding sounds with each update, and will continue to do so. Look for hundreds of more sounds in the days ahead. ### 4/5 — Okay?.. *2024-05-10* I’m saying the app is great but there is one problem yeah u do so last time I downloaded it and it literally took 18 hours and 42 min I understand it’s 1000 but why I’m not saying it’s bad but it just needs a change to it I expected 6 min and y dream came true so I downloaded again and it was 6 min so u just need some improvements alr? Fun to use and it adds another dimension to texting. Food for thought: With so many sounds it would be great if when saving favorites it would also carry the title so you can distinguish one sound from the other. Also some sounds seem less loud than others. …………………………....... I also have the CLIPish Pro Animation which works extremely well in finding all kinds of clip art on the Web, and recently also purchased the CLIPish Animated Stickers which I find myself using often and with great Fun. …………………………....... Recommended. Great family of products - well made, fun and functional. …………………………....... **Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words about this and our other apps! As for your two suggestions...1) There is no way for us to distinguish one sound from the other when you save them to your device's Photo Library, simply because the Photo app doesn't provide for that. We do, however, have it on our list of future features to add a "Favorites" button, which would let you easily set aside favorites right inside the app, like we do in our other CLIPish apps. 2) We do work hard to make all the sounds be the same volume. However, keep in mind the sounds do come from many different sources (movies, TV shows, music, sound effects, voices, cartoons, etc.), so they will have different "tonality." If you do, however, find any of the sounds that you feel are substantially out of the norm, please email us at support@clipish.net and let us know, and we can try and adjust the sound to make it fit better.
