I receive my card and when I tried to scan the QR code to upload a video, it kept saying “ERROR UNAVAILABLE” so then I tried to type in the website for it and that doesn’t even work either. Please fix this app

Exactly what the title says. None of the cards work. The app doesn’t work, and the card cost nearly 7$

App doesn’t work, not possible to scan qr code. “Support” does NOT respond no matter how much time and evidence you give them of the app and platform not working.

I purchased 3 cards from the store because I thought this was such a cute idea but the app doesn’t work, at all. None of the QR codes work on any of the 3 cards :(
