The app functions fine except when certificates expire there is no reference to the refund total or how to redeem it?

Tried to buy a coupon by debit, kept getting an error. Used Apple Pay with the same debit information and it worked. Didn’t receive a confirmation email. Tried the alternative email option. Said “Confirmation Sent” but never received it. I don’t know where my coupon went and now I can’t treat my family to our fav dessert spot. Pressed “Get Help” on the app, it takes you nowhere. Literally no way to get live support. Worst app ever
