Used Apple Pay with the same debit information and it worked. Didn’t receive a confirmation email. Tried the alternative email option. Said “Confirmation Sent” but never received it. I don’t know where my coupon went and now I can’t treat my family to our fav dessert spot. Pressed “Get Help” on the app, it takes you nowhere. Literally no way to get live support. Worst app ever ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-04-28, version 4.2.0* Basic functionalities like creating a new account simply don’t work. Try to clip a coupon and it doesn’t work. It’s a very disappointing app. The magazine used to be great. But they no longer mail it to me. We told that Company to stop and they keep giving out our coupons. And vouchers. Not sure whose fault it is, but I know I’m never gonna go to that restaurant again. You removed the redemption button and label it “Expired” when there’s still 4 to 4.5yrs left to use the certificate? Store owners and employees do not understand how to redeem the certificate. You end up getting into arguments over it. ### 1/5 — Scam of an app *2026-01-30, version 4.1.0* Bought a few certificates but when I went to redeem it the restaurant didn’t accept it, saying the don’t take them anymore. Waste of money and time. Never buying coupons from them again. Scam. ### 1/5 — Freezes and makes redemption impossible *2025-12-31, version 4.1.0* I used to print out the certificates and present them when redeeming, but the merchants always asked me to pull up the certificate on my phone (not sure what the difference is, but OK). The problem is that nearly always when the app is opened, it freezes. You can’t access anything or open any of the certificates. This is very frustrating! When the app opens there are some animations at the top of the screen. I’m not sure if that is causing the issue or what. It makes the app and the entire Clipp program impossible to use if you can’t access the certificates when needed. ### 1/5 — MAJOR SCREW UP/Clipp Takeover Local Flavor *2025-10-29, version 4.1.0* WARNING WARNING WARNING Been using Local Flavor forever Clipp took over NOW l am UNABLE to Find my Local Flavor Certificates at ALL (Approx 50)tried contacting Clipp to NO Avail Extremely UNHAPPY l have sent Emails tried calling SAME Resolution NONE NONE whatsoever l will be contacting the Attorney General in both Arizona and Florida concerning a Fraudulent Activity claim I am making against Clipp and Local Flavor Fleecing the Flock Must Stop Also considering a Class Action Lawsuit DO NOT USE CLIPP service Unless you want to be Swindled ### 1/5 — Sneaky company *2025-10-19, version 4.1.0* Watch your account, they will not notify you of an upcoming (coupon you bought) expiration and simply pull the coupon you paid for off your list hoping you forgot.
