Could not find certificate by entering numbers.  No notification when change the app.  Really bad, clipper magazine.

It is absurd to me that in order to make sure all the certificates in my app are up to date with newly purchased or with anything redeemed, that I have to continually log out and back in, and even delete and re-download the app. In the middle of a busy shift the last thing I have time for is to continually log out and back in to an app in order to ensure we are using certificates duplicate times, or to have to delete and re-download in order for new certificates to appear. After contacting customer support I was informed those are in fact necessary and required steps. That is not user friendly especially for this industry.

After updating u have to constantly relogin every time you open the app. Stupid! They don't even have a web portal. Lame co.
Also be careful when you sign up with them as a merchant. They don't tell you up front how many certificates you have to sell to cover an ad in their magazine and then you realize it will take you years to finish with them and would have been cheaper to just pay for the ad. 
We did not get much response from their printed ad. We found Facebook ads to bring much more ROI. Who reads magazines these days anyhow?

Worst app I have ever used. Can't log in. It jams and then you can't get out without uninstalling. Couldn't enter CC info without calling customer support. Groupon definitely has this organization beat!

Every Time i want to use this, it asks to login and then nothing, nada, zilch.  Needs more work. Until then...avoid.

The new app is easy to use. I find it makes it easy to find what I am looking for. The new wallet makes buying simple. It has saved me money and I use it where ever I am traveling.
