After cancellation, receiving a confirmation email and taking screenshots of me canceling the subscription, they continued to try to charge my card multiple times for the next upcoming month. It shouldn’t have tried to charge my card because I had cancelled. After trying to cancel again I got another confirmation email, then followed up with an email saying I activated the subscription again. I did not activate the subscription. I talked to customer support, they were extremely rude and did not cancel my subscription. Although they said they did, and i received that same confirmation email. My account was still active and on the subscription. I looked it up and saw hundreds of others dealing with this same exact issue. We all want our money back. Horrible app. Horrible customer service. The app may look promising at first, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. Managing the subscription was far more difficult than it should be, and when problems arose, resolving them required unnecessary effort and repeated contact with customer support. A service that charges customers on a recurring basis should prioritize transparency, reliability, and respect for its users. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of confidence I now have in this service outweighs any benefits the app may offer. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very disappointing.
