I subscribed to this to actually get the features to work, and was heavily disappointed. When attempting to cancel, it has not allowed me to cancel my subscription, and so I emailed their support. I started on their website and it was absolutely hopeless. I made the account. Put in my card details. Then, when I actually tried to use it, it continued to ask me to make an account. When I entered my email it said I already had an account, then when I confirmed and clicked through so I could actually use the account, it took me back to the signup option. I got stuck in this endless loop, and there is no option on the website to actually login. Tried the app and was equally frustrated. It seems like this app/company just exists to get you to sign up, but once you actually pay for the pro services THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY USE YOUR ACCOUNT (at least not easily **Developer response:** Hi there! After cancellation, receiving a confirmation email and taking screenshots of me canceling the subscription, they continued to try to charge my card multiple times for the next upcoming month. It shouldn’t have tried to charge my card because I had cancelled. After trying to cancel again I got another confirmation email, then followed up with an email saying I activated the subscription again. I did not activate the subscription. I talked to customer support, they were extremely rude and did not cancel my subscription. Although they said they did, and i received that same confirmation email. My account was still active and on the subscription. I looked it up and saw hundreds of others dealing with this same exact issue. We all want our money back. Horrible app. Horrible customer service. The app may look promising at first, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. Managing the subscription was far more difficult than it should be, and when problems arose, resolving them required unnecessary effort and repeated contact with customer support. A service that charges customers on a recurring basis should prioritize transparency, reliability, and respect for its users. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of confidence I now have in this service outweighs any benefits the app may offer. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very disappointing. And when you login to the cancellation page to see what’s going on, it automatically redirects you to another page so you have no ability to actually see what’s going on or why they keep trying to charge you.
