It boots you out. Requires you to have your card info to sign in. Now it won’t even let me in saying fail to send email. So my money is just stuck in there till I can figure it out. ### 1/5 — Greedy and shady *2025-03-03* There are fees for almost everything you do and they limit how much money you can transfer a day/week. Also was never notified of this change until today when trying to transfer money for bills. ### 1/5 — Problem with Cliq *2024-12-11* When trying to register an account and it asks you to verify with your email after you type in the numbers, it just sits there. You can’t do nothing. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2024-10-11, version 2.0.1* This is by far the worst bank I have ever experienced. First of all the app is absolutely awful, poorly designed and does not work half of the time. The bank itself is terrible. My money has been held for almost 2 months and I am still struggling to get it all out. For dealing with something so important to people and where the customer would value security the most, Cliq do not provide this. Do not use… EVER! It’s been years and the system is so rudimentary! It’s ridiculous because they charge extra for literally doing anything with the card and yet their app is complete crap. Please get this sorted. The next button is hidden by the keyboard to sign up so it makes it impossible to do so. Please fix asap ### 1/5 — Terribly designed *2022-09-10* When trying to register for the app, the keyboard covers the “continue” button so you can’t even click it to register. I was only able to get to “continue” after moving back to the bar where you enter your email and hitting the return key on the keyboard, which removed the keyboard from the screen and uncovered the “continue” button. This was completely by accident, and if it hadn’t happened I wouldn’t have been able to enter the app at all. Once in the app, the instructions were very vague and not specific enough — For example, to transfer money, there is a bar to enter your “Account Number”, but the app does not specify WHICH account number it wants you to enter — Your Cliq account number, or your bank account number. Overall, just very poor design and confusing and difficult to use. ### 1/5 — 🤢 App *2022-04-09* It don’t even let me register.
