### 1/5 — Could not get it to work

*2023-10-02*

Tried to upload video and it didn’t work. Upgraded to free pro trial, still would not upload video.

**Developer response:** clir Voice is not made for video enhancement. Please use clir Clips for that. Thank you and have a great day

### 1/5 — Big loud static

*2023-08-15*

I hear a lot of big and loud static when it picks up everything so I have to give it one star from now

**Developer response:** Hi and thanks for your feedback. Which model of headphones/hearing aids you are using? This behavior is of course unintended and we‘d like to fix that for you. Thank you!

### 4/5 — Great App!

*2022-08-04*

This app works very nicely! It does exhibit a significant delay, which would necessitate using noise cancellation and blocking direct sound (AirPods for example).

The record function is very useful for a number of reasons. The surprise feature is that you can listen to the different modes in the recording, after the fact.

In other words you can listen to
1. The unadulterated direct recording
2. A playback using the Speech function (with the noise removed)
3. and finally you can hear only what was removed (Ambiance).

Ambiance is actually quite useful in itself, and in my tests I was able to produce a clear recording of what had been filtered out, a specific bird calling, outside my window.

You can even listen to (via any of the 3 “modes”) any recordings produced by other apps that you can see in the Files app (not Apples own Voice Recorder, however). I used an old app called AudioMemos, (I don’t recommend).

For “Live Listening “;
My observation is that I wouldn’t mind a generally louder “clean speech” output, perhaps with some compression applied after noise reduction.

Great app!
