## What is Clock?

Clock-In Everyday: Fitness For The Next Chapter

There are plenty of workout apps out there. Almost all of them are built for 25-year-olds chasing personal records.

Clock-In Everyday is different. It's built specifically for people over 50 — especially those heading into retirement — because this stage of life comes with its own aches, priorities, and pace that other fitness apps just don't account for.

Retirement isn't the end of your career. It's a promotion — to the most important job you'll ever have: taking care of yourself. Clock-In Everyday helps you show up for that job, every single day.

A SESSION BUILT FRESH, EVERY DAY
No rigid program to fight against. Each day's workout is shaped by how you actually slept, how you're recovering, your goals, and any aches or injuries you're managing — so a rough night means an easier day, and a good one means you can push a little.

REAL PROGRESSION, NOT GUESSWORK
Clock-In remembers your working weights and adjusts them based on what you actually did last time — sets, reps, and how it felt — so the app gets to know you the longer you use it.

DAILY STRETCHES THAT MAKE SENSE FOR YOU
Picked from your specific aches and how today's going, not the same generic routine every day — with a clear note on why each one was chosen.

TRAINING TOWARD SOMETHING?
Add an upcoming hike, ride, or event, and your sessions build toward it — sharpening as the date gets closer, then tapering automatically in the final days so you arrive fresh.

BUILT AROUND HOW YOU'RE ACTUALLY DOING
Clock-In reads your sleep, heart rate, and activity from Apple Health each morning and turns it into a plain-language readiness score — factoring in overnight wrist temperature too, on Apple Watches that track it — so today's plan reflects today's reality.

SIMPLE SUPPLEMENT GUIDANCE
General, evidence-informed supplement suggestions tailored to your goals, notes, and what you tell it you're already taking — never a substitute for medical advice, always with a reminder to check with your doctor.

Clock in. Show up. Build the body that lets you enjoy every year you've earned.

Clock-In Everyday is free to download. A 1-week free trial unlocks daily AI coaching, personalized stretches, and supplement guidance, then continues on a monthly or yearly plan (yearly saves you money). Cancel anytime in Settings.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.4.10 — 2026-08-18

A small fix: lighter recovery-day workouts no longer mix in stretch-style holds like Dead Bug or Bird Dog. Those stay in your daily stretches list where they belong, and recovery days now use easier versions of your real exercises instead.

### 0.4.9 — 2026-08-17

Clock-In is now much easier to use with VoiceOver and with iOS's larger text sizes, throughout the app.

- Your morning readiness score now stays accurate all day instead of drifting as new health data comes in.
- Marking a stretch or exercise "less of this" now just shows it less often, instead of removing it. A new option lets you fully take one out of rotation, and bring it back anytime from Settings.
- The stretch and mobility library has grown substantially, so your daily picks stay varied.

### 0.4.8 — 2026-08-11

Added a "Today's Workout" card to the Dashboard — a quick at-a-glance summary of what you actually did today.

Session history and exercise progress in the Progress tab now stay tidy over time, showing your 5 most recent with a tap to see everything else.

A few small visual polish fixes throughout.

### 0.4.7 — 2026-08-09

Your last 7 nights of sleep now always display correctly on the Dashboard.

The Gladiator Gauge now gives credit for workouts logged in other apps — Strava, the Apple Watch's own Workout app, and more — not just workouts done inside Clock-In.

Workout credit now reflects how hard you worked, not just how long — a tough, heart-pumping session earns more credit than a leisurely one of the same length.

### 0.4.1 — 2026-07-22

No release notes.
