When you open the app, even though you can use it, the loading icon keeps showing and dims the screen, this goes in for a long time. 
It seems to be stuck in the loading stage even though you can use the app normally. It's annoying because the loading icon is in the middle of the screen.

いい点としては、自分の残業した時間とか、休みがあと何日残ってるのか確認できるところ。
申請は慣れないと苦労するけど、そこは会社のルール次第。平日9時6時勤務でたまに残業あるくらいならすぐ慣れます。


改善してほしい点
アプリのUIが微妙。動線がわかりづらいです。
まず、メニュー選択画面で迷いが発生します。ほぼ毎日触るのでもう少し感覚的に選択できたらいいなと思います。

パスワード変更ってそんなに頻繁にしないので、メニュー画面から消してもらいたいです。ほとんどのサービスはユーザアイコンクリックしたらできるので、そちらに是非移動していただきたい。

あと、他の人も言及してますが、申請した後にちゃんと送信できたのかどうかわからない。申請提出完了メッセージ出したり、申請確認画面に自動で飛んでほしいです。

これまで幾つかの勤怠管理システムを使ったことがありますが、最も使いにくいUIです。
自分の申請内容の確認が非常にしづらく、修正のために毎回ページを移動してする必要があります。
また、GPS機能を用いた打刻をするにも関わらず、超過勤務は自動反映されず、非常に使いにくいUIを用いて自ら毎回手入力する必要があります。
その他にも上げ始めるとキリがないくらいに使いにくい点が沢山あります。

一労働者として雇用者に対し、このような申請に手間と時間がかかるシステムの導入をしないことを強く求めます。

他者のレビューに有る通り、申請等の操作をする時に無言で頭の画面に戻されるため、申請が受け付けられたのかどうかもわからない。そして、申請するたびに画面が戻されてしまうので何度も同じ操作を強いられます。

この様なレビューが並んでおり、「参考にさせていただきます」と返答しているにも関わらず、どうでも良い箇所しか改装されません。

つまり、ユーザーの不満を受け付ける気が無いとしか思えません。

最悪です。

これを導入している企業は馬鹿としか言いようがありません。

出勤退勤ボタンはどちらかを押せばそのボタンはグレーアウトして押せなくなりますが、一度アプリを閉じて再度開くとどちらも押せるようになってしまいます。

なので退勤時に出勤ボタン、またはその逆を押してしまうことも多々あります。

また、出勤ボタンを押していないのに退勤ボタンを押せてしまうのでこれも不便な要素。

ボタンを押し間違えて出勤処理してないのに朝の7時に退勤したことになって面倒でした。

2つのボタンではなくて、トグルスイッチ形式の方が押し間違えの誤操作は減ると思います。もしくはボタンの形式そのままでダブルチェック方式でボタンを2回押させるなど。

1日に出勤退勤を数回行うような企業ならいいかもしれませんが、普通の会社だと少し不便に感じます。

出勤時間と退勤時間が変わりやすい方ほどこのシステムは向きません。
1日ごとに出勤退勤予定時間を設定する必要が有り、それを外れる動きをした場合、煩わしい手続きを踏まないと労働者が損をするように時間計算されます。
休日、公休の考え方がおかしいです。
労働者の休みを全て休暇として捉えています。開発者は言葉の意味を理解しているのでしょうか？
普通、公休となれば一日休みが当たり前ではないでしょうか？
それをいちいち指定させる必要がありますか？
スケジュールを申請する際エラーが合ったら、エラーが出しながらホーム画面に遷移して、やり直しが聞きません。1から入力し直しです。
こういうのって画面遷移せずにエラー項目ハイライトさせるもんじゃないの？
数人のバイトを管理するなら良いかもしれませんが、中小企業には全く向きません。
星1すらつけられないほどのサービスだ。

出勤退勤をわざわざ指定してからタイムカードを打刻する理由がわからない。
どうせミスした時に修正の申請が必要ならミスを増やすような誤設計にするシステムに必要性を感じられない

位置情報取得できず、
職場を10分以上うろつきます。
傍から見たら不審者です。
個人のスマートフォンに
位置情報取得しないと打刻できない
タイムカードアプリを
入れさせる会社自身に不信だったのに、
アプリ自体の性能が悪すぎてさらに不信です。
出勤打刻できずに朝から焦りますし、
スムーズに退勤打刻できず、
無駄に残業させられている感否めません。
営業でもない職場場所が決まっている
職種にこのアプリは果たして
適切なのでしょうか？
アプリの不信も会社の不信も両方
拭えないので
星1もつけたくありません。
今後どなたかの参考になればと思い、
レビューしました。

出勤も退勤も1日何回でも押せてしまう。挙げ句の果てにエラーだエラーだと表示される。1日1回しか押せなくすればいいだけなのになぜそんな初歩の仕組みが組み込まれていないのか理解に苦しみます。休暇の申請等もいちいち面倒くさい仕組みになっています。害悪。心は0点です。最低評価が1点でよかったですね。

打刻をした時にたまにエラーで打刻してないことになる。
その際のメッセージが下に少し出るだけでかなり見づらく改めて申請しなきゃいけないことが多い。
そもそも打刻押した時にエラー発生してるだけで致命的なのでほんとにどうにかしてください。
修正無理でもエラー表記を見やすくして欲しい。
