### 5/5 — Fun for Rehab

*2019-07-17*

I’m an occupational therapist in neuro outpatient rehab and found this through the functionaltherapyactivities.com website. I practiced myself and now Going to try it today on a TBI patient. I like the fact you can adjust so many settings and time. Thank you

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2019-04-10*

As a physical therapist I really appreciate the thought that has gone in to this app. This can be used for low and high level balance challenges as well as dual tasks! This will be great as a tool for treatment both in the clinic and as a home exercise program. Thank you for creating this app!

### 5/5 — Clock Yourself

*2018-08-15*

As a neuro Physical Therapist working in an outpatient setting, I have found this app to be very helpful to use with my clients. It makes balance training fun, and better yet, it’s a tool the patient/client can use at home, too.

### 5/5 — Good for all skill levels

*2018-06-04*

I’ve used this with clients who need to work on balance and coordination. It has been well received by a wide range of people, from those who play competitive sports to those who are recovering from a stroke and those who are older and trying to reduce their fall risk. I also have used the cardio setting as a home work out. Instruction videos are clear and easy to follow, and the different challenge levels and settings make it easy to find the right difficulty level.

### 5/5 — Save a life

*2018-02-25*

This app has been so important to helping my older adult patients regain their balance. If you work with seniors or anyone that needs to retrain their balance this is an essential tool!

### 5/5 — Clock yourself

*2018-01-09, version 2.8.0*

Found it really good and helps improve balance.

### 5/5 — Great for Balance & Cognition

*2017-11-16*

Clock Yourself app is an excellent, go-to app for your older adult. With the many different levels, you can make it as easy or challenging as you need for your patient. Also, because it is innovative and new - your patients will enjoy using it. It quite fun.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2017-10-26, version 2.8.0*

This is a great little app that has lots of capacity to modify depending on age and goals. It is as challenging as you want it to be, and I’ve had great success using it with clients who need structure, need to practice dual tasking, or need lots of progressive repetition but get bored quickly. I’ve had some lovely success using with mild cognitive impairment eg autism, TBI.

### 5/5 — A message from the creator

*2017-10-25, version 2.8.0*

This app took me 18 months to build and my clients contributed their ideas to make it the fun and clever exercise app it is today.
I'm very proud it is being used worldwide.

I made sure it can be super slow or super fast depending on your needs.

You can choose simple clockface stepping or really challenging brain games.

It was based on solid science with independent clinical trials coming soon.

Useful in sports, geriatrics, ortho, paediatrics, neurological conditions.

Please rate it and help spread the word.

### 5/5 — Great for schools too!

*2017-10-24, version 2.8.0*

I love this app! I use it to break up a lesson and get the students moving. It’s a quick and an easy way to get them refocused and they think it’s fun too which is a bonus.

### 5/5 — Easy to use, easy to teach.

*2017-10-23, version 2.8.0*

Easy to use app can be used for any level of fitness and health - young and old, fit and not-so-fit, agile and not-so agile!

### 5/5 — Innovative and beneficial

*2017-10-08*

Clock Yourself’s instructions, including the animated pictures, are both clear and easy to follow. And I like that some of the help is simple and direct without being patronizing or insulting, rather it is SMH obvious in case someone didn't quite catch something. Even at the default bronze level, I can see the need to concentrate, and feel the benefits for balance, agility, and a good cardio workout. The speaker’s voice is pleasant, clear and professional.

Well done!

I will try the higher levels, challenge myself, and see how I do.

Glad I tried it. You should too!

### 5/5 — Excellent Balance App

*2017-08-08, version 2.8.0*

As a physiotherapist I understand the importance of maintaining good balance. Great app! I will use in the clinic.

### 5/5 — Mobility and cognitive dual task

*2017-01-15*

Clearly so much thought and care went into developing this app. It is excellent to use with patients to see where they are having difficulty (can't touch posterior numbers, always miss #7 etc) and it is easy to adjust the setting options. I also use it myself as a workout if it's too icy to exercise outside, or just for variety. So many ways to use it! Excellent resource for any rehab clinician and for anyone who wants to improve their agility and cognitive abilities as the age.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2017-01-06, version 1.4.3*

Great app for sports agility training!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-12-18, version 1.4.3*

Fantastic app super easy to use. My coordination was quite poor but I could quickly see improvement in my coordination level and also reaction time when using the app. You move up the levels as needed so you are always challenged. Great to keep the mind working while exercising.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Use with caution!!!

*2024-07-07*

Some of the complex movements can trigger loss of balance. This is not safe for someone who is at fall risk. Not sure why this app is not taken down yet due to safety concerns.

### 1/5 — Do not waste your money

*2019-10-27, version 2.10.0*

Do not appreciate this app one bit. Didn’t help me at all just made me lose self confidence. Sorry all

### 1/5 — Bu ne.!?

*2019-07-28, version 2.10.0*

Bir saat uygulaması ama çarşaf gibi sözleşme onaylattıracak kim bilir ne yazmış okumaya bile değmez sil gitsin ve gitti.

### 4/5 — Good turns to frustration

*2020-04-10, version 3.2.11*

Downloaded in to old mini iPad a week ago in conjunction with a balance course - did one session - great I was managing - yesterday app would not open - I could see on my iPhone there was an upgrade but now app on mini iPad just didn’t work ! Tried all fixes suggested but operating system I suspect won’t upgrade to high enough version! Do not want to use iPhone for this. Can’t help bad timing but I am staying home, staying safe and staying well!

### 5/5 — So great for my Parkinson’s exercise program

*2023-10-05, version 4.15.0*

This app has helped me step larger and faster

### 5/5 — Gets you moving

*2021-01-06, version 3.3.6*

Simple, easy, therefore you will use it.
It can be set to the level of difficulty that suits you. Great for those rainy days that you don’t want to go out for a walk, still get the exercise.

### 5/5 — The App for rehab that does it all

This App is brilliant!! Get it now for your clinic and your patients!!

### 5/5 — Clock yourself review

*2020-08-23*

I’ve been in home health care for 22 years and this app has been life changing. It’s so EASY to use and I’m finding less missed visits as clients are actually EXCITED for therapy and can’t wait to use Clock Yourself again! It’s so fun, time really flies!

### 5/5 — Versatile and fun

*2020-08-20, version 3.3.6*

This is a fantastic therapeutic app that can be used in clinical and non-clinical settings as a fun way to improve functional balance. It’s cleverly designed and with a lot of thought put into the end user’s needs. No hesitation in giving this a full recommendation.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wonderful app for all.

*2020-02-06, version 2.10.0*

This is great for physical and psychological exercise for anyone. I think it would also benefit those with neurological conditions as it requires the user to incorporate a wide variety cognitive functions (memory, planning, inhibition control etc). It also targets associative learning so you can learn a language whilst working out your body and brain! 100/10

### 5/5 — Makes balance practice fun

*2019-10-29*

I have Parkinson’s and have been working on balance issues for a couple of years now. I know that I will have to keep practicing to maintain the gains I’ve made. This app makes that easy and interesting to do. Thanks to the developer who came up with it.

### 5/5 — Impressive!

*2019-10-29, version 2.10.0*

Impressively put together and very well presented at every level. It's clear a great deal of effort and thought has gone into putting this app together.

The inclusion of even utilizing other languages and imagery (if desired) into the training session takes things to another level entirely, as well as adding other body movements and brain processes for extra complexity and challenge in the higher levels.

The extensive tutorial/instructions are equally top notch as well.

VERY impressive on all counts. Great work Devs! A big 5 Stars for sure!

(PS: The only extra option that might be nice to have would be the ability to set Notification Reminders so as not to forget to do your sessions.)

### 5/5 — Çok başarılı

*2019-08-06, version 2.10.0*

Kullanınca etkisini görüyorsunuz
