The time in America to Baghdad the time of Baghdad is always wrong

### 3/5 — Need more Clock Face options!

*2026-08-21, version 1.4*

I really would like a clock face easier to read, something with numbers on it… old school clock would be nice.

### 3/5 — Changes

*2026-08-21, version 1.4*

Would like to be able to move the icons around. I mostly use the timer and alarm and wish I could switch the alarm icon with the world clock or just put in the order I wish.

### 3/5 — Does not have my half family country Gatemala but still good

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

6/10

### 4/5 — Timer Bug

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

Timer has a bug in 26.6. On the 3rd time pushing the repeat option when the timer pop up appears, it actually doesn’t appear and is a super tiny/miniature font pop up that isn’t clickable.

### 1/5 — 🤮

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

Es horrible nunca hace lo que le dices , hace lo que quiere 👎

### 1/5 — F Apple

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

I’m buying a digital alarm clock because why the f would I ever want a vibration alarm. I’ve waken up late so frequently it’s not intuitive. So f stupid I hate this feature. Some dumb loser probably thought this was a great idea. Have a way to set the volume and always have it play at that volume. You guys suck

### 1/5 — Sad when apple iPhones own app can’t even work properly.

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

Multiple times recently my alarms will go off but with no sound at all. Considering I use them to get up for work and to take medication which both are pretty important, it’s really frustrating that it’s not working. It’s crazy to pay so much for an iPhone and the standard apps it comes with don’t work properly. Supposedly apple claimed they would fix it a few years ago but clearly they never did. It’s absolutely absurd and makes me want to get an android atp.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

Trash

### 1/5 — Its All Gone

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

All of my alarms just - gone! And yes the new ultralow alarm volume negated the purpose of an alarm anyway but still. Out of the blue I have no timer and no alarms.

### 1/5 — Alarm doesnt ring

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

"Silent alarm" I wake up hours after my alarm to this app playing it without audio.

### 1/5 — Alarm is not reliable

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

I have set multiple alarms, with a variety of snoozes and sounds. I have set the volume to max for each individual alarm. And twice this week it did NOT go off. I am fed up with this stock app.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

It never is loud enough even if I have it on full blast it’s always so quiet so I’m always late.

### 1/5 — Stopwatch is Glitching

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

The stop watch will often open to a days olds laps and times that I have already reset overwriting my current laps and times and resetting doesn’t help it’s happening very often every couple of hours

### 2/5 — Inventing and repairing

*2026-08-19, version 1.4*

I had this clock become inacurate - 5 minutes faster than 60 seconds. It doesn't match with the time my computer accurately shows. I guess it isn't calibrated well. What a shame since I would have liked it if the clock stayed accurate.

### 3/5 — Too basic

*2026-08-18, version 1.4*

I don’t know, maybe it’s my OCD. I would prefer having the alarms set order by days or label preference instead of time. I have different alarm times for each day and have to create too many and since it goes by time order it’s a lot…lol. Again it’s probably my OCD.

### 1/5 — Alarm keeps going to snooze automatically

*2026-08-18, version 1.4*

This is the 6th or seventh time that the alarm doesn’t go off but automatically to snooze mode

### 1/5 — horrible

*2026-08-18, version 1.4*

IT LITERALLY HARDLY WORKS it's a gamble replying on this app to wake me up

### 1/5 — Don’t update to iOS 26!

*2026-08-18, version 1.4*

Made the mistake of updating from iOS 18 to 26 and now my alarms won’t go off. No sound nothing. I’ve tried everything. Even third party alarm apps are not working.

### 3/5 — Pretty good app, but can you fix something really quick?

*2026-08-18, version 1.4*

I love that you can see anything around the world, the clocks, but one thing when I try to always setting my timers, and then I exited out of the app it keeps resetting to the timer like three seconds so can you fix that please

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Alarm malfunction - terrifying and very difficult for us all who rely on the alarm from Apple🙄

*2026-08-25, version 1.4*

⭐ My experience with Apple has left me genuinely upset and disappointed.

I have always trusted Apple and never expected to find myself writing a review like this.

For some time now, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the alarm on my iPhone 17 Pro. My alarms have sometimes simply not sounded, despite being correctly set. I have checked everything I possibly could — alarm settings, volume, Focus/Sleep settings, updates and troubleshooting steps. I have followed Apple’s instructions and contacted Apple Support repeatedly.

When I first called Apple, I explained very clearly that this was not a minor inconvenience for me. I told the customer support representative that I was genuinely worried about losing my job because I was not waking up on time. I explained that my attendance at work had already been affected and that I had a meeting with my manager regarding the situation.

What hurt me most was the response I received.

While I was explaining how seriously this was affecting my employment and how stressed I was, the representative laughed and made jokes about the situation.

I honestly couldn’t believe it.

I was calling Apple because I was genuinely distressed and worried about the consequences this problem could have on my life, and instead of feeling listened to or taken seriously, I felt laughed at.

This problem has now affected much more than my work.

I have missed important medical appointments, blood tests, court proceedings and other important commitments because I relied on my phone alarm to wake me up. These aren’t things I can simply replace or redo without consequences. It has caused me an enormous amount of stress and anxiety.

This is now the third time I have had to contact Apple Support about the same problem.

Today, I was finally offered a callback so that the issue could be investigated. Previously, I was told to reset my phone and give it some time, and I followed those instructions because I trusted that Apple knew what it was doing.

And then something even worse happened.

After resetting my iPhone 17 Pro, the phone now will not turn on and will not charge.

I am now having to use my old phone just to be able to communicate and write this review.

I paid a significant amount of money for this iPhone because I trusted Apple to provide a reliable product. I understand that technology can have bugs and that things can go wrong. What I find unacceptable is how seriously this has affected my life and how I was treated when I tried to explain it.

I am keeping records of my Apple Support conversations, the repeated alarm failures, the troubleshooting I was instructed to perform, the impact on my work and the appointments I missed.

I am also aware that I am not the only iPhone user reporting alarm problems, which makes me even more concerned that this needs to be properly investigated rather than treated as an isolated incident.

I am now asking Apple to take responsibility for investigating what has happened, properly document my complaint and provide an appropriate resolution, including consideration of the consequences and losses I have experienced.

I am also considering my rights under UK consumer protection legislation and what remedies may be available to me if the issue cannot be properly resolved.

I genuinely hope someone senior at Apple reads this and understands that behind every support case there is a real person.

For Apple, this might be another technical issue.

For me, it has affected my job, my appointments, my responsibilities, my finances and my peace of mind.

I trusted Apple. Right now, I feel extremely let down.

### 1/5 — No longer working

*2026-08-25, version 1.4*

After years of working fine my alarm app has stopped ringing before 8am. All my alarms after 8 am seem to be fine. But for some reason the earlier ones don’t work anymore. I’ve deleted and reset them all, checked multiple times that they’re on. I turned off all my night time setting (sleep mode) checked through every setting. I’ve tried setting other devices in my house (iPad and another iPhone) and both those will not set alarms that ring. I’ve tried every troubleshooting recommendations online and nothing works.
After the last update it started working again for about 2 weeks and then stopped again. I thought I was crazy, so I set an alarm to ring during a time when I knew I’d be awake. And now I have a video of it ringing silent for 30 seconds. So sad and disappointing.

### 1/5 — Do better

*2026-08-23, version 1.4*

Lots of ux issues: Timer notification shows random information and is often unclickable; timer buttons are on opposite sides of the screen; alarms don't always go off; Siri adds an additional alarm, resulting in N alarms being created, and you can't mass delete alarms; world clock doesn't show any useful information like date, forces user to do math in their head; the list goes on...

### 1/5 — Alarm never goes off 😩whyyy???

*2026-08-23, version 1.4*

Like I said it’s so annoying do you get it APPLE ?

### 1/5 — trash

*2026-08-23, version 1.4*

how fkn hard is it to make a damn stopwatch app that doesn’t glitch. Billion dollar company btw

### 1/5 — I don’t want permanent Dynamic Island

*2026-08-23, version 1.4*

I hate almost everything about your Dynamic Island. It’s frustrating and not configurable in even this simple clock app. I’m distracted by the timer. I don’t want it there all the time. I’d rather not have it than to be forced to see it all the time. You need to fire your UX designers responsible for this feature it’s so atrocious.

### 1/5 — Never goes off

*2026-08-21, version 1.4*

Every time I set an alarm it never goes off. I have my ringer all the way up and my phone is never on silent but it just won’t wake me up or ring

### 1/5 — Fix this bug

*2026-08-21, version 1.4*

My alarms don’t go off and when they do, it’s totally silent

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-08-21, version 1.4*

Horrible, alarms don’t go off and it’s just annoying

### 1/5 — Ditch the swipe

*2026-08-20, version 1.4*

Apple needs to ditch the swipe feature to turn the alarm off. This is such a difficult maneuver to make with one hand that it’s infuriating. I literally NEVER want to hit snooze but somehow THAT is the easy functioning regular button. Also, alarm volume seems to be dictated by your video playback volume instead of your ringtone volume (which could make it more consistent), so if you listen to YouTube on your way to sleep with the volume low, don’t expect a loud alarm! It’s idiotic. And don’t get me started on the timers! You used to be able to verbally tell Siri, through AirPods, to cancel or repeat a timer and now Siri cannot hear your voice at all while the timer alarm is going off. That’s a very bad change. Imagine hanging upside down on an inversion table, which requires very deliberate body movements to remain in place (and coming upright too quickly is physically dangerous), when the timer goes off and you need to repeat it for the next (horizontal) position- guess what? It’s not happening verbally! Siri ignores tf out of anything you say while that timer alarm is playing. And no AirPod button will shut off the alarm on its own. Honestly Apple’s technology has slowly been deteriorating for the past decade. They need to do better bc I am strongly considering an Android after 15+ years of iPhones.

### 5/5 — Love It

*2026-08-12, version 1.4*

I don’t know what all these one star reviews are about. This app is great. Even the knockoff version of the app has a better rating. That’s just sad. Everyone says either the alarm/timer volume is too loud or quiet. There’s a simple solution to that, people. Go to Settings, then go to Sounds & Haptics, then either turn the Ringtone and Alerts up or down. And if you want to be able to do this whenever you want without going to settings, click the Change with Buttons in Sounds & Haptics, and you’ll be able to change the alarm/timer/ringtone or anything other sounds or haptics. Anyways, this app is great. You can see what time it is all around the world, you can set timers up to 23:59:59, you can have alarms and change what time or day the alarm goes off. It’s also got a stopwatch that will count up forever, but it might get glitchy after 600 or 700 hours. (My personal record being 6,000 hours on my Apple Watch before I had my phone, until I had to stop the stopwatch because my Apple Watch was becoming so slow.) Great app overall.
