## What is Clockcost?

Clockcost is the time clock and job-cost ledger for crews that work in the field.

PUNCH IN ON SITE
GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out at the actual job address. No buddy punching, no guessing where the hours went. Works offline and syncs when you're back in signal.

TRACK MATERIALS
Snap a receipt and Clockcost reads it, files it to the job, and keeps a running inventory. Barcode scan for restocks.

WORK ORDERS AND NOTES
Assign work, attach photos, leave notes for the next person on site. Everything lands on the property it belongs to.

KNOW WHAT EVERY JOB COST
Labor, materials, and overhead roll up per property, per crew member, per date range. Filter and search everything. Built for owners who do their own books: payroll and job-cost reports export straight to your accounting.

BUILT BY AN OPERATOR
Clockcost was built inside a property management company running 90+ units with a nine-person crew, and used every day for two years before it was a product. It does the boring things right: audited timesheet edits, archived deletes with restore, and a clean paper trail for every dollar.

Free to download. Companies subscribe per crew member at clockcost.com.
