Add a 1/10 second option

Thank your for your feedback.
I have good news to share: The latest version (1.1.0) adds the possibility to enable 1/10. Head to the Settings and you can select the preferred options for showing milliseconds under the setting 'Milliseconds format'. The available options are 1/10, 1/100 and even 1/1000.
