## What is ClockHub?

ClockHub is a work-hour app built primarily for pedagogues in Denmark - especially when your working week does not fit a simple 9-to-5 calendar.

Check in and out with one tap, follow your hours for the day, week, month and full period, and stay on top of annual norm, pay, overtime and workplaces.

TIME TRACKING THAT STAYS SIMPLE
• Check in and out from the app or the widget.
• See your active session, today's hours and daily goal on the Home screen.
• Quickly undo a check-in or check-out if you tapped by mistake.
• Add, edit and move shifts manually when the day did not go as planned.

ANNUAL NORM FOR SCHOOL PEDAGOGUES

• Use school-year presets for public holidays or enter your own values.
• See hours remaining in the school year or in a custom period.
• Use partial employment if you start or stop in the middle of the calculation period.

PAY AND OVERVIEW
• Enter monthly salary and let ClockHub calculate hourly pay from the annual norm.

• Live Activity: while checked in, the lock screen and Dynamic Island show a live timer for your shift — visible without opening the app.

• Forgot check-out reminder: the app can remind you if you've been checked in unusually long (can be turned off in Settings).

• Annual norm: does your weekly hours change during the year (e.g. plustid 37 → 40 from September)? Add a change with a date and the app computes your norm from the time-weighted average.
• Copy week: with several workplaces, you can now choose which workplace's shifts to copy — not necessarily all. And on an empty week, pull in last week's shifts with one tap.

• New part-time rules (OK26): hours beyond your own norm now count as overtime (+50 %) — also part-time. See your rights under workplace settings; the Pay screen applies the supplement automatically.
• Practicum mode for pedagogy students: mark a workplace as paid practicum and track your 780 hours with progress, milestones and expected completion date.
• The Pay screen is redesigned for fixed-salary users: base pay plus this month's additions (overtime and supplements) as one gross estimate you can check against your payslip.
• Ask ClockHub: quick answers about rates, rights and the app — right on your phone, fully private (requires iOS 26; a searchable FAQ is shown otherwise).
