Die Bedienung ist unglaublich intuitiv – man findet sich sofort zurecht und muss nicht lange suchen oder überlegen. Vor allem die alltäglichen Aufgaben wie Zeiterfassung, Urlaubsanträge oder andere organisatorische Dinge sind in wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Kein Papierkram, keine unnötigen Klicks und kein Chaos mehr. Das spart im Arbeitsalltag wirklich Zeit. Besonders gefällt mir die übersichtliche Gestaltung. Alle wichtigen Informationen sind schnell erreichbar und man hat jederzeit den Überblick. Die App läuft zuverlässig und wirkt insgesamt sehr durchdacht. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung – genau so sollte moderne Zeiterfassug aussehen. ### 4/5 — Gute App - mit kleinem Mangel *2026-06-09* Die App, bzw. Clockin an sich, ist einfach zu nutzen und beschränkt sich für den Nutzer aufs Wesentliche. Sehr gute Adaption bei unseren Mitarbeitern. Einzig die Stempelerinnerungsfunktion macht Probleme. Sie funktioniert ein paar Tage lang und stellt dann sang- und klanglos die Arbeit ein. Für eine Stempelerinnerungsfunktion natürlich etwas schlecht. Man kann die Optionen wieder öffnen und speichern. Dann klappt es für ein paar Tage wieder. Bitte nachbessern :-) ### 5/5 — Super App! *2026-05-20* Ich benutze clockin als Arbeitnehmer und bin mit der Nutzung richtig zufrieden. Es ist super einfach zu bedienen und mit 1-2 Klicks hat man sich schnell eingeloggt oder ausgeloggt. Die App Oberfläche ist intuitiv und schön gestaltet. Zudem gibt clockin viele Möglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel die Bearbeitung seiner Anwesenheiten, wenn man sich Vergessen hat auszustempeln oder die Beantragung von Urlaub. Es fehlen mir ein paar Funktionen, die aber nicht zwingend notwendig sind für das, was die App machen soll. Nach dem Runterladen der App wollte ich mich gleich registrieren und die App ein bisschen kennenlernen. Da geworben wird, sie sei einfach und für den Endverbraucher easy. Gleich am Anfang gibt es nur 2 Buttons mit „Anmelden“ und „Unternehmen beitreten“ bei beiden Buttons weiter gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit sich irgendwie NEU zu registrieren. Da ich bei einem kein Account habe und beim anderen mein Unternehmen nirgends ein Barcode hinterlegt hat. Daher sinnlos für mich und nach 6 min wieder gelöscht. Wer KEIN Barcode vom Arbeitgeber hat, braucht sich die App nicht runterladen.
