Why do i have to get 11 notifications to remember to clock in at 8am?! I have notifications turned off and i clock in at 5am not 8. Very annoying!!! Went from 4 to 8 now i get 11!! In a row!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. i lost my job because app was giving wrong information about my location. Then my boss fired me. Even this app sending your location before sign in to job. So it’s not safe for me. I don’t know who’s using this app.

To many bugs, have tried multiple times to log in and have had no luck. Each time I tried to login it made me “download login” which made no sense. Tried to open it on the app, safari and google and no luck.

Location Tracking apps like this should be illegal. Companies should be ashamed for stalking and tracking employees, especially independent contractors or when the company devices are not specifically provided to clock in on sites.  The US needs to regulate companies like this.

E estado batallando con mi pago gracias a esta aplicación que no funcionaba bien, yo estaba marcando mi es tarda y salida y la aplicación no me estaba agregando las horas, no me las están pagando y ahora no se hacen responsables de nada, me gustaría saber si hay forma de hace algo para que me paguen mi tiempo trabajado ya que mi manager y la dueña de la compañía ya habían aprobado esas horas de trabajo.

I canceled with them in May of 2024. I found out yesterday they was still charging me monthly $85 that I didn’t realize.  I informed them about this and they stated yes we can see that it has not been used since May but we don’t offer refunds. Beware.

App has not saved my hours for a full week of work 3 times in 6 months, get phone calls from the office saying im not clocked in. When i am and i use the app everyday

This thing uses YOUR data that you pay for unless the company you work for pays for your phone. It also kills the battery on your phone. I’ve also heard from coworkers they found a way to see how often this thing checks your location…. 30+ gps location checks in a 8 hour day is ridiculous

ClockShark requires always allow for location access. They say that it only tracks you while on the clock. However, it prompts me on my days off to clock in whenever I get near a possible job site even in places where I have never worked over an hour from where I actually work. So, it knows where I am at all times. I get the concept that business owners want to make sure that their employees are actually on site, but this is a bit intrusive especially given that I paid for my own device.
