I was impressed as this company seems to be the only one in the area to have it. But despite multiple times of downloading, I was not able to Receive a text to verify my phone number and after multiple times I was apparently blacklisted. Gave a very good service with well mannered drivers not only that but the cabs are very clean. You book through the app. Booking confirmed. Get notification taxi is on the way. Then they cancel on you when they are 20mins late. Happened to me twice out of 3 bookings. They don’t care about leaving a woman out alone late with now alternative way of getting home. They called me 20min before my pick-up time to let me know they had no cars available. I wish they’d let me know in good time so I could actually have made it to my appointment and arranged something else. An hour before would’ve been grand ! If the company ever reads those reviews, please take note! Reinstalling App and log in but never get the authentication SMS to continue. They’ve either blocked the number or the phone somehow and can’t fix the problem???? Apparently alit of complaints. Have asked for weeks but they can’t sort themselves out. The app itself works fine but unfortunately, the company is not able to provide the service that they are advertising. I in the morning booked a taxi for a special family dinner that evening. When it did not arrive, I called and was told it would be 90 minutes before a taxi could get to me! Got a call 9.50 telling me they’d cancelled my order as no car available. Just call Leatherhead or Mole Valley instead. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2022-07-04, version 40.13.31* They decided to cancel my car 5 minutes after the pickup time when I had a wedding to attend. They gave me no reasoning behind it other than “we have no cars available” would have been good to know when I booked the car 2 HOURS EARLIER!!!! Apparently they tried to contact me before but I have no record of that on my phone. He claimed to have tried to call me “five minutes earlier” which would have been at the time of the pickup. Still unacceptable. I’d better receive a full refund or I’m going to go mad ### 1/5 — Do not use - Continually let you down *2022-06-27, version 40.13.31* We book hours in advance for a 7pm pickup. At 7pm we got a message saying driver was on their way and will be with us at 8pm! This isn’t the first time they have done this. If you can’t pick up at a certain time don’t take the booking! ### 1/5 — App ok but Service unreliable *2022-06-26, version 40.13.31* App is well done but the service is not great. Book a cat at 10 am for an 11pm pickup. Get call 2 mins before claiming driver has had an accident. When asked where accident happened, told it happened 5 mins ago, 45 mins away from where pickup was.
