ClockWay is job-site time tracking for teams that need hours to be right the first time. Employees clock in from their phone with GPS verification, hours are matched to the job site automatically, and payroll comes out clean at the end of every pay period. TRACK TIME BY JOB SITE Set up your sites with a location and a radius. When someone clocks in, ClockWay records where they were and matches the punch to the right site automatically. Every entry, timecard, and summary is grouped by site, so you always know who was where. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Foremen can build a full daily timesheet from their phone in a couple of minutes. Pick the day and the site, and ClockWay pulls in everyone who worked there. Adjust hours, assign itemized work items, tag work as base scope, rework, change order, change directive, delay, or extra, then generate a signed PDF and send it before leaving the site. PAY PERIODS AND PAYROLL Run weekly or biweekly pay periods with hours, rates, and amounts calculated for you. Break down the current period or look back through past ones, mark employees paid individually or all at once, and search your roster instantly. Unpaid breaks are deducted automatically based on the rules you set. Time Entries Grouped by Site Clock-ins are now grouped under the job site they happened at, in both the admin Time Entries view and your personal Time Summary. Punches that don't fall within a site's radius are collected under "Without a Site." Choose Your Site When Creating a Timesheet Foremen who worked at more than one site in a day can now pick which site they're creating the timesheet for. The crew list, itemized items, and contractor rep all update for the site you choose. Employee Details from Time Summary Tap an employee's name in Time Entries to jump straight to their full breakdown. That screen now follows the employee's own pay period schedule instead of a fixed week. More Work Classifications Timesheets now include Change Directive, Change Order, and Extra Back to Work alongside the existing options.
