Really nice price and enough functions. I love this. By the way, one thing want to request, if have color theme and switching dark mode, it will also work really good as editor. Please consider to support to change the theme color. — 使い始めたばかりですが、なかなか良いです。 シンプルで過不足ありません。push機能は有料ですが良心的な価格だと思います。 レビューがなかったので少し不安でしたが、趣味の個人開発なら良い選択肢だと思います。 Working cpoyも試したのですが、課金がネックですね。 毎年1900円くらい払って、買い切りではありませんでした。 その点、このアプリは買い切りで安心です。 追記: プッシュするときにアプリがクラッシュすることがある。 これは様子見だな。 ### 4/5 — Feature request : IPhone X / Xs screen adaptation *2019-02-08, version 1.3.0* Nice app ! However it would be even nicer If the app was adapted to iPhone X / Xs display ! ### 4/5 — One of the easiest git clients to use *2017-08-12* It's a little light on file management features compared to other git clients, but it more than makes up for that in ease of branch management and syncing. ### 3/5 — Good Text Editor but.... *2017-07-01* It's great but there is a bug in the text Editor. When choosing a language for text highlighting in the custom menu, it does not highlight any words on the editor. The only way for the app to start highlighting words is when you press auto, but sometimes it automatically changes the programming language... Please fix this and I will give you guys five stars! ### 4/5 — Good. But missing some functionality. *2017-04-11* Clone has good design sense and is nearly perfect in the UI for basic tasks and having your stuff with you and editable, but misses some bigger features. I don't mind and am happy. ### 3/5 — Unable to Checkout Tags *2017-04-01* Missing functionality to fetch remote tags and checkout them out locally. ### 2/5 — Good but... *2016-11-07* This does what it says, and does a good job of it. I was able to clone repos and modify files with no issues. However, the ability to push commits is a separate IAP, which makes no sense - what's the purpose of having a Git tool that can't push changes? Unfortunately I found that out too late, after make sizable changes to an important document. Thankfully I was able to copy the text over RDP, but I won't be using this again. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stay away *2024-08-13* Is working as a a git client but if you want to integrate to your Finder iOS , you will cry ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-06-30* tried to pull any of my repositories from GitHub. Successfully “connected” to github, created keys, but when I try to clone it repeatedly asks for username/password and fails to work. With the generated, and verified property registered keys, it shouldn’t even be asking for credentials. I’ve been using git for just over fifteen years, so I can say with a fair degree of certainty… this app doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — There’s “wrong”, and then there’s this. *2022-06-16, version 1.4.0* I cloned a repo, opened a .js file in the built in editor, and it changed all the single- and double-quotes to typesetter’s quotes. ### 1/5 — フォルダをpushできない *2021-04-28, version 1.4.0* 詐欺です。 ### 1/5 — Gone *2021-02-16* It does appear to be abandoned, sadly. ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-08-20* The app looks neat. Git functions work well. The issue it makes it useless is the character coding. You can view any file, but once you enter into edit mode, and you change file, it will turn from utf-8 to ascii and all the single and double apostrophes will turn to be curly apostrophe in the whole file.. It saves all changes instantly which makes the app “look but do not touch”. I would request a full refund. £9.99 for something I cannot use.... ### 1/5 — GitHub and BitBucket ONLY *2019-08-16* Can’t use general git repositories. Can’t use gitlab. ### 1/5 — The best ) *2018-12-25* Thank you! ### 1/5 — GitHub integration broken *2018-03-21* Used to work great but about a month ago my GitHub repos stopped working in the app. Contacted support and haven’t heard anything after 3-4 weeks. ### 1/5 — Nope *2017-10-31* This software is abandonware. It is not supported. After paying 9.99 for the ability to push for git, it spontaneously stopped allowing me to edit documents. Everything is read only. This could easily be my mistake, so I wrote to the support address. No answer. Pro-tip: if you app fails on the market and it isn’t profitable to support it, take it off the store. Leaving it up is fruadulant. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2019-04-24* This app is incredibly polished and featureful, and it blows the other git apps I've tried away in the style and Applesque departments. Such a shame it had to be abandoned. Maybe a better selection of the "pay" features could have helped. For example, I have little interest in editing or pushing, but would happily pay for the ability to search within files, or to have a function index menu, or see commit logs (part of free now)... ### 5/5 — Top 👍🏼 *2017-09-11* Das wichtigste ist vorhanden und funktioniert soweit wunderbar! Only feature I would like is to specify a name during clone (or rename once cloned). It would be great to implement missing features brought up by other reviews, yet worth the 5-stars at its current condition. ### 5/5 — Fantastic for mobile noodling *2016-12-15* I'm a long-time coding hobbyist and am now studying at a boot camp. This app makes it easy to clone a repo to your device, mess with it in a syntax-smart editor and run your changes. At first I thought it was auto-enabling gh_pages but the changes are run locally. I prefer this UX to GitHubs OS X app. ### 5/5 — Looks and works great on iPhone. *2016-08-09* Easy to use. ### 5/5 — Intuitive and Valuable, Great app *2016-05-27* With Clone, everything is where I expect it to be, and I'm surprised at how much git stuff I can get done. I've tried all the other git clients, but many of their features are hidden in weird places. Clone is intuitive. I can edit my website and push it to GitHub or work on small python apps and push to heroku. I can also make small changes in bigger projects, very handy.
