This app is actually amazing, completely changed my sleeping habits. I don’t get perfect sleep every night because I still have cheat days, but at least 80% of the nights. Increased my productivity and overall quality of life and helped me become more disciplined in a very seamless manner. Has cool features like “bedtime to do list” and other things to keep you organised. Highly recommend, 10/10!

It’s crazy how hearing your own voice at night actually makes you want to go to bed. The message from my morning self has slowly become the highlight of my evenings lol
