I'm sorry to hear that your issues are taking too long to load. A good strong WiFi connection does help for a quicker download, because the issues do contain a lot of content. It also helps to download one issue at a time and to make sure there are not too many apps running in the background at the same time. Kind regards, the Closer team ### 2/5 — Don't Bother *2016-01-19* Downloaded this just glad I am getting 60 days free and have now changed settings so after 60 days not charged gave e mailed and tweeted support team re issues and have been ignored on both. Plus the puzzles are not available online.. POOR SHOW CLOSER ### 1/5 — Don't bother and buy paper copy instead *2014-04-16* Not impressed as I purchased a three month subscription and have had nothing but problems each time I try to download an issue. Crashes and takes a few attempts to download each copy. Has now got worse as I can't restore my old purchases and it crashes every time I try. Can't find any details though anywhere of who to contact with this problem for a fix or refund. I tried to contact Closer's support team on the email they provided for help or a refund (As I can't actually read what I paid for!) only to be ignored. It's been over a week and I have still heard nothing back. Poor mag and poor customer service. Especially when you can get the actual magazine for an extra 1p from the shop. Improvements need to be made and prices need to be lowered. I have tried resets, logging in but apparently I don’t have an account?!! (I do and it was paid for through iTunes!) This is happening with other publications owned by this group and I am seriously fed up with NO ONE answering multiple requests for it to be fixed. Yes same old celebrity stuff but special because it’s raises animal abuse issues and has articles about pets and vegetarian meals and the environment.
