Loved it at first. All of the sudden it started logging me out randomly, not letting me log back in saying it’s the wrong password when it’s definitely not. Sad but will be switching to another app. Canceling my subscription ### 2/5 — I used to really like this app *2023-05-26, version 1.1.1* This is not at all user friendly. After using this fir years I’ve been locked out of the app for quite awhile now, rendering it useless but they keep charging me every month. There is no easy way to reach support to fix it so I fear I will be looking elsewhere. A pity because I used to be happy with it. ### 2/5 — I had to cancel my subscription *2023-03-14, version 1.1.1* After years of using this app , I’ve sadly decided to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere. Apparently this app doesn’t correspond with the actual poshmark app when it comes to signing in and solving the captcha(end up with a blank screen after putting in my poshmark usn and password). After an entire week of going back and forth with the closet pilot customer service , and sharing my closet manually due to the closet pilot glitch , the issue was never resolved , and I don’t have the kind of time to wait for a resolution … especially when I’m paying almost $9 monthly. So I opted for another sharing app for about $2 more which does a lot more than just the basic sharing. ### 1/5 — Causes soft bans daily *2023-03-02, version 1.1.1* I’ve been using daily to share but it causes a soft ban which is when you can’t share your items or other closets items for 1-3 hours which is a huge inconvenience and I’m worried with these daily bans that my account will be banned! Not worth it. And not worth it for just the sharing feature that you have to manually start. It’s very disappointing that there isn’t a feature to follow or share other closets. It’s just simply a share your own items bot… I thought I would be able to do more :( ### 1/5 — Do not Buy! Terrible! *2023-01-16, version 1.1.1* I paid for this app so I could unfollow accounts like it said it would. The app can only share your items to followers or parties. There are better apps for just sharing. When I contacted “help” a bot responded a few hours later to tell me to download a chrome extension. I downloaded it and can not log in to it no matter what email I use. I messaged help again and a bot replied again with no help. Also I asked where the unfollow option is on the app and it said it was “The option is located on the 1st tab of options on the app.” The only options on the app are share to followers or share to parties. Such a waste of my time! ### 1/5 — Customer Support Lacks *2023-01-08, version 1.1.1* I have been a user for the past 1.5 years and only use it for sharing to party’s. Unfortunately I have not been able to access my account with this bot. Tried several times to contact support going several days emails and chats unanswered. After a month I am still unable to access account and have now decided to move on and forget what they clearly can’t fix. I don’t recommend due to the lack of customer support. ### 1/5 — Good when it works… *2022-08-04, version 1.1.0* The app was working great for a few months and now it logs me out every other day and gives me the “login failed” message. It’ll go days without letting me log in and I can never get ahold of anyone to help. Cancelling my subscription. Don’t waste your time or money ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-06-14, version 1.1.0* I’ve tried this again for the second time and yet again I can’t log into my Posh acct. I was just in the app the day before now I can’t get in. My posh account works but for some reason doesn’t work when logging into this app. I’m over it. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-11-06, version 1.1.0* After a year and a half, I have finally had enough. The app CONSTANTLY force closes in the middle of sharing thus throwing everything out of whack. Constantly ignored by Sean (the creator) who never responds to any of my emails or DMs. Switched to a new phone today and now the app will not let me past the captcha to even open the app again! Done with this app and it’s creator who continues to ghost me. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2021-09-08, version 1.1.0* Maybe this app is great, I wouldn’t know since I’ve tried six or seven times to log in and can’t get past the captcha which is not something I’ve ever had a problem with… pretty useless if I can’t log in ### 3/5 — Like it but don’t love it. *2021-01-07, version 1.0.5* It worked great the first day but now I have to restart my phone every time I want to use it otherwise it won’t let me flip my items from bottom to top or select items it just crashes. The last time I shared I selected 498 items and it seems to only have shared half my closet. Glitches A LOT. Probably will discontinue use unless they can get this fixed. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2021-01-07, version 1.0.5* I pay for the pro version. This app is great IF you set it to share at like 15 seconds & 30 seconds or more. Otherwise if you set it ANY faster you’ll end up in share jail. Also, once your in share jail, the app doesn’t stop. It continues to share so it could be hours before you realize you can no longer share & you have to stop the app bc as long as the app is still going you won’t be allowed to share until 6-7 hours after you stop it from sharing. If this issue could be fixed that would be great. Also if you had more features like following, I’d rate higher. (Following was supposed to be released but then never was?) ### 2/5 — Glitches *2020-11-27, version 1.0.5* Closet Pilot App has been helpful with sharing my large closet, however, there are so many glitches. I have decided to do away with this app due to the glitches and try another app. Due to this last glitch which won’t allow me to get back into the app at all is my last attempt at making this app work. I hope the developers can fix the many issues so that it functions as it should and allow sharing in the background without it starting over after clicking away. ### 1/5 — Cant log in at all anymore *2020-10-18, version 1.0.4* Cant log in at all anymore. I solve the captcha again and again and it keeps telling me to solve it. They took my money last month did not work ### 1/5 — Glitches and glitches *2020-10-10, version 1.0.4* I really wanted to love this app but unfortunately it won’t even allow me to upgrade to the monthly premium. Every time I try purchase the upgrade it crashes. Also, having to keep the app open while it uploads to your closet is a little bothersome as well :( ### 3/5 — Love it, but..... *2020-09-27, version 1.0.4* Logging in is a nightmare sometimes. I’ve not been able to log in using my new iPad at all. So I logged out of my iPhone and now cannot log in to either 😳 ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2020-09-11, version 1.0.4* The app thus far is just unreliable. It takes a few minutes to recognize that a party has started. Tapping to select items to share doesn’t work neither does the “select all” button. It worked alright for the first few days but has gone downhill. I usually have to close the app and reopen it a couple of times before it will allow me choose my items to share. A very very limited app anyways no way to filter items. ### 2/5 — Paying twice? *2020-08-08, version 1.0.4* I already pay 29.99 a month to use the desktop version of this which is already one of the more expensive Poshmark bots. Asking an additional 7.99 to use the same service on a different device is kind of ridiculous. ### 2/5 — :( *2020-07-30, version 1.0.4* I’m signed in with Facebook on my poshmark, and there’s no option to sign in with Facebook on your app, so I can’t use it :( ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2025-11-10, version 1.1.4* I downloaded and input my Poshmark email and password and just got a blank white screen and nothing else from the app. Doesn’t look like it’s supported anymore. I uninstalled after a couple of tries and changed my password. All of a sudden it just quit working. I can’t log-in anymore. I tried everything to remedy the issue to no avail. I cleared the cache, I turned off & on my iPhone, deleted & reinstalled the app, and used a link that was provided to change my password, but I still can’t get into my account. I missed a busy holiday weekend opportunity —and my issue is still not resolved. I contacted customer support, but had to email several times to even get a response. I followed all of the recommendations support provided (even though I had previously attempted the same trouble shooting), and still nothing. Customer Support is very slow to respond. I emailed again today and have not heard back. I am now paying for a subscription that doesn’t even work. This issue has caused a lot of inconvenience —and is still not resolved. I am very disappointed because now I have to spend more money, and more of my time researching other Apps. I do not know why it quit working, but support should have been able to fix the problem by now. I do not recommend this App. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-07-31, version 1.1.4* App doesn’t work.
