## What is ClosingPro?

ClosingPro is sales training you do out loud.

A rep picks a stage of the sale, taps start, and talks to an AI buyer that answers back in
real time. The buyer stalls, objects and pushes on price the way a real one does. When the
call ends the rep gets a scorecard: an overall grade, a breakdown by skill, and the exact
moments in the conversation that earned or cost the points, quoted back to them.

Nobody learns to handle "I need to talk to my spouse" by reading about it. They learn it by
saying the words badly a few times where it costs nothing.

WHAT A REP DOES

• Talk to the buyer. Pick a stage and a difficulty, then speak. The AI prospect replies out
loud, and it does not agree with you to be polite.
• Get the call scored. A grade, a breakdown across six skills, and a call tape of the specific
moments that mattered, with what to do differently next time.
• Reopen any past call. The score, the radar and the tape are all still there weeks later.
• Follow one route. The journey lays the curriculum out end to end, from the first drill to
the sector exam that opens the next tier.
• See where you actually stand. A skill radar tracks six abilities against the team average,
so "get better at objections" becomes a number that moves.

WHAT A MANAGER GETS

• A leaderboard that shows who has put the reps in, not who talks the most in the morning
  meeting.
• Team-level skill data, so coaching goes where the gap is.
• A curriculum built from your own sales process, your objections and your market — not a
  generic script.

BUILT FOR THE DOOR AND THE KITCHEN TABLE

ClosingPro was built for door-to-door and in-home teams: roofing, solar, pest control and the
trades that sell on a doorstep. The buyer personas, the objections and the stages come from
how those calls actually go.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

There are two ways in.

If your company runs ClosingPro, your manager gives you a company code. Sign in with that and
your own name and password. Your seat is already paid for, and there is nothing to buy.

On your own, start free: three practice calls, no card. After that a subscription opens up
unmetered training.

• Starter — $19.99 per month, 120 minutes of live roleplay
• Pro — $39.99 per month, 250 minutes
• Closer — $79.99 per month, 550 minutes

Every plan includes every niche, the full training academy and the ranked ladder. Yearly plans
run two months cheaper than paying monthly. If you run out of minutes before the period ends,
you can add 60 more as a one-time purchase rather than changing plan.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews
automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period,
and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or
cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

VOICE AND AI

Practice calls use your microphone so the AI buyer can hear and answer you. Speech is
transcribed and conversations are scored using third-party AI services, which are named on the
consent screen shown before anything is sent, and again in the privacy policy. You can decline
the microphone and run the same drill in text instead.

### 5/5 — Happy I found this

*2026-09-09, version 1.0*

This tool is an absolute must have for door-to-door sales reps.

### 5/5 — Experience with ClosingPro

*2026-09-06*

Perfect for practicing my objection handling for high-ticket sales closing calls and getting my actual calls reviewed and graded. Really haven’t seen anything like this.

### 5/5 — Actually pretty realistic

*2026-09-04, version 1.0*

At first I thought it was going to be normal chat GPT roleplaying like I have been using for the past few months but I saw an ad for this and figured I’d give it a shot instead of my chat gpt role play and I’m surprised to say that it actually is pretty hyper realistic with the roleplays and objection handling, I’m going to continue to use this because this is the best role playing system I’ve ever found. Good job on this!

### 5/5 — What I’ve been needing

*2026-09-04*

Perfect for new reps or sales team

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-09-18

You can now subscribe from inside the app, and the training itself got a round of fixes.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Start free with three practice calls, no card. After that, Starter, Pro and Closer open up
unmetered live roleplay — 120, 250 or 550 minutes a month — with every niche, the full
training academy and the ranked ladder on every plan. Yearly runs two months cheaper than
paying monthly.

Run short before the period ends and you can add 60 minutes as a one-time purchase instead of
changing plan. Restore Purchases sits on the plans screen, and everything is managed in your
Apple ID settings.

If your company provides your account, none of this applies — your seat is already paid for.

ALSO IN THIS UPDATE

• Moving between tabs animates instead of snapping, and you can swipe sideways to change tabs.
• The bar at the bottom of the screen is solid from the moment a page opens, instead of
appearing only once you start scrolling.
• Changing tabs now starts you at the top of the new page.
• A locked feature now answers when you tap it instead of doing nothing at all.
• A finished call can always be graded. Calls that ended cleanly but would not score, and the
next level that would not open once they did, are both fixed.
• You can report something the AI buyer says, from inside the call.
• Getting locked out after too many wrong passwords no longer strands you for a full day — the
count is forgiven the moment you get back in.
• Fixes to sign-up, sign-in and navigation throughout.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-11

This update rebuilds how you get started and deepens the training once you're in.

GETTING STARTED
A fresh install now opens on sign-up instead of the login screen, so new reps aren't stuck looking for a way in. Signing up asks one question at a time rather than filling a page with fields, and every step offers a way back to log in if you already have an account. We now ask about your work history after your account exists, not before. Terms and Privacy open properly from every sign-up screen.

SIGNING IN
You can use a password instead of a PIN. Two-factor authentication is available if you want it, and nobody is forced into it.

TRAINING
Your course can now be built around what you actually sell, instead of a generic version wearing your company's name — including for lines of work we haven't built a course for. You can add your own documents so your practice buyer knows your offer.

Practice buyers are much better. Every one now has a real personality and an objection to hold, and a group of buyer types reps were told to expect but could never actually reach are now in the rotation.

Pass a quiz and you'll see the answer you missed. Fail one and you won't — so a retake still means something.

PLANS AND ACCESS
Free accounts keep all five tabs. Instead of switching features off, we now meter live voice practice, so you can see the whole product and spend your minutes where they help most. If you do reach a limit, the app tells you what it is rather than sending you somewhere else without explaining.

CALLS AND COACHING
Live Mode is now Real Call, with uploading a recording sitting right beside it, and your recordings live on the same screen instead of a separate tab. The coaching you get is matched to how the call actually happened. Pace feedback is accurate — reps who were at or above pace were being told they were behind.

GETTING AROUND
Swipe between tabs. This shipped broken in an earlier build and genuinely works now. Locked sections explain why they're locked instead of quietly bouncing you somewhere else, and locked lessons no longer load in the background before you've unlocked them. The navigation is simpler too — we removed a tab most teams never used, so what's left is what people actually open.

If you train on your own rather than through a company, you can now pick the name you're known by instead of being handed one.

FIXES
The journey map draws its routes correctly. The practice screen fits properly on a phone. Desktop profile, the page footer, and the "no course yet" screen have all been rebuilt. Guided tours no longer describe screens that don't exist. Email digests confirm your address before sending to it. And the app icon finally fills its tile.
