Does nothing. Text and text bubble do not move in accordance with each other, and both are unintuitive in their movements. Creators: the text should stay with the text box. Also, there's no tool to center the text box.

But it doesnt work! At all! Placing the cloud bubble doesnt work, and text in the bubble didnt work! Zero usefull!
