What's New in Cloud Contacts

26.3.7

June 23, 2026

This update improves the sync engine's reliability and network performance, resolving connection issues with iCloud and Microsoft accounts while introducing guided setup links for smoother provider configuration. • **iCloud Sync Fix**: Resolves a URL formatting bug where contact download paths from iCloud would occasionally become malformed, ensuring all cloud contacts sync completely and without error. • **Robust Sync Engine**: Fixed a task concurrency issue in the synchronization coordinator that could cause multi-account syncs to freeze or time out under certain network loads. • **Guided iCloud Setup**: Added a direct link to the web setup guide when configuring an iCloud account, making it simple to set up app-specific passwords. • **Connectivity Stability**: Strengthened request timeouts and error-handling logic for Microsoft Contacts and general CardDAV endpoints to prevent hangs in poor network conditions.

Won’t launch

All I get is:

Cannot sign into Google

I tried to login to my Google account and begin syncing contacts, however I'm unable to login.
"Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app.
This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In."
I'm not sure if there's a reasonable explanation for this, but it seems like a fundamental failure- at the very least.

Did not sync all my account contacts

It showed only my own 2 contacts but not the default company contact list.

Help!

Two stars for excellent potential but only if it works! I can’t migrate all my 1,000s of contacts, it only does some portion. Do I have to upgrade to paid version to get all my contacts? But I don’t need multiple accounts, just the one I have in full! Please advise, thanks.

Response from developer

Hello, Please upgrade to the newest version, the sync issue has resolved. if you still have some questions, please contact us: email: support@bots.im, website: https://app.bots.im

Absolutely Useless

Pulls contacts from Google, then crashes. Crashes every time an attempt to view pulled contacts is made. This application is useless.

Response from developer

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. This app rarely receives the crash reports. Can you send the crash information? You will receive the “Multiple Accounts” redeem code. You can retrieve crash reports from your device and send them to you via email by following these instructions. Getting Crash Logs Directly From a Device 1) Open Settings app 2) Go to Privacy, then Diagnostics & Usage 3) Select Diagnostics & Usage Data 4) Locate the log for the crashed app. The logs will be named in the format: SyncAgent__???_??? 5) Select the desired log. Then, using the text selection UI select the entire text of the log. Once the text is selected, tap Copy 6) Paste the copied text to Mail and send to "support[at]bots.im" as desired My email: support[at]bots.im (Please change the [at] to @) Thank you.
