I contacted customer support to request that my profile and personal information be removed because I never actually used the app—I ended up using other platforms instead. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn’t delete my own profile or remove my personal information. It also appears that changes to your account require contacting support, and even then, my request to have my information removed was denied. If having control over your personal data is important to you, this is something to consider before signing up.
