Now they don’t follow the schedule at all even though the app reflects the correct time. The voice control with Alexa now works after not initially working when I first used these plugs/app three years ago. There's another major issue I just noticed this year though when using these plugs/app with my Christmas tree and other lights. Any updates to device schedules within the app won't save. I've tried everything to fix this but there's no way around it. It's super frustrating. ... This app is complete GARBAGE. I purchased a 5th-gen Amazon Echo Dot and a four-pack of Esicoo smart plugs in December 2022. Initially, pairing/adding the plugs to the Cloud Intelligence App wasn't too hard. However, instructions on how to then pair them with Alexa for voice control was essentially nonexistent and extremely confusing on both Amazon and Cloud Intelligence's end. After Googling and YouTubing how to do it, I was finally able to pair the plugs with Alexa. It ended up being a laborious pairing process that would have taken 30 seconds if there were clear instructions and I didn't have to research everything on my own. Anyways, everything has worked well with the voice control until this week when I had to re-login to the Cloud Intelligence App after accidentally uninstalling it on my phone. Here's where the true problem exists. I've tried to re-bind my Cloud Intelligence account to my Echo Dot through the Alexa App around 15 times now and it won't connect. I'm repeating the exact process I did a few months prior but now it fails every time with an error message that reads "request parameter error." I've tried binding the account from both sides within the Alexa and Cloud Intelligence's app without any success. The plugs themselves are fine and work great but the software/app are terrible and don't pair with Alexa at all anymore. It's extremely annoying as voice control for my devices is one of the main reasons I purchased the smart plugs. So not having that makes them pretty obsolete. To sum it up, this app and any smart plugs that use it are a waste of your time if you're wanting to pair them with Alexa. I'd recommend buying more expensive smart plugs so you can avoid this buggy app and it's inability to pair with a smart speaker — which, like me, is probably why you bought smart plugs in the first place. ### 1/5 — App has become unstable *2025-12-01, version 3.28.0* Have been using the app and some outlet plugs for several years during the holidays. Used to be a nifty process and easy to use. This year, however, app would not open even after resetting home router. Had to create account again and recognize the plugs. But now cannot program a basic timer feature for a group I made, instead I get error messages in English and Chinese, and options to set programming as I used to do are not available. Close to useless now.
