We arrive on vacation and we’re counting on having it. When the delivery time is approaching I text and ask if they have an ETA. They ask if I will take two single strollers. No, the whole reason I ordered it was because I needed a double stroller. They say it will be delivered but won’t say what time (despite the order asking you for a one hour window for drop off). Now the next day, we still don’t have it. We were counting on having it and now don’t know what to do. Zero communication and now I’m hoping I can at least get a refund. Doesn’t tell you why it was declined so you have call CS , speak with an AI bot then ask to speak with a real person. Just so stupid. Orders the chair, was notified they found a supplier in minutes. Checked into the hotel and the chair was there waiting for us. They let you know what was going on when they said they would be there they were. They were awesome thank you Tate for doing such a wonderful job of taking care of us two old ladies lol.
