Cloud Outliner enables you to create and share outlines - interactive and highly customizable notes that organize your plans, projects, and ideas in a clear way. 

This tool is not yet another notebook app or sticky notes organizer for mobile devices. Not even a little! Thanks to the extensive import and export functionality, rich-text editor, and truly intuitive user interface with gestures, the solution will become your reliable assistant both at work and home. From daily tasks to lists and sublists of everything I want to keep track of, this app works like my brain works and keeps everything I want to remember in the same place and organized. It loads fast and is easy to move things so it wins the award for my most used app.

I love the app itself, it made cranking out an outline for my novel easy but the export options aren’t great. I ended up having to export it in its own format and then copy and paste it to a word doc, and then format it again because it pasted weird.
