Wir nutzen die App in der Firma. Leider kommt es zu einer Verzögerung bei der Anruf Annahme (ca 3-5 Sekunden). Das ist sehr ärgerlich und stört ungemein.

I am required to use this app for work. It could be so much better! Such as: if a customer responds to me and I’ve input the name with the phone number in the contact list, the name should appear with the response so I can scroll through and reply promptly. There doesn’t seems to be a way to notify a specific individual of an incoming response. I’ve had personal text randomly arrive through Softphone instead of Messages - where they are supposed to go. My private, personal texts from an individual or business should not - in any circumstance - show up in Softphone. Very unfriendly user interface. If I had an option, it would be deleted from my phone.

I had to get this app for work since we are in sales. The whole app it’s not very user friendly when it comes to text I have to add every single person I want to text as a contact. And when I receive the msg I only get partial of the document or picture, I need to go to the email to get the all the documents they sent. They can improve the texting features

履歴から間違えて番号に触れてしまった時、電話がかかってしまうことがすごく困ります。
番号をタップした時に「この番号にかけますか？」といった確認を入れてもらえると助かります。

Annoying that I have to open the app every now and then to stop it from deactivating the accounts. I use it as a backup support phone - I sometimes never get calls but I have to have it. Don’t annoy me with deactivation threats.

Kindly add a feature to be able to add multiple people on a call like WhatsApp and normal calling app does.

Fantastic app, just missing one feature. To be able to ask Siri to phone a contact or phone number using Softphone without having to do face ID authentication. Whatsapp does that already. Would love softphone to do the same.

DND mode technically works, but when you open the app all the suppressed calls come through as notifications. If there is a large number of calls, the notifications will come through for quite some time even after the app is closed. No dark mode, and does not generally match the style of Apple software.

I use the app just as a backup, so most of the time is set as DND. When I open the app the phone goes crazy vibrating and ringing with old phone calls notifications. If I don’t open the app for 1 month, it will show up notifications for a month. Would be good just 1 notification and you check if you want. Also, random notifications telling me that I’m not using the app. What? Synce when I’m obligated to check in?
