This is the one of the worst mobile app I have used so far. It takes forever to launch and for last 10 days app is not even opening.

So slow. Keeps on crashing. So clunky. You answer a call, and it takes 20+ seconds to get connected, at which point the other person has put down. 1/5.

Tried reinstalling the app, checked microphone access settings but nobody I call through this app can hear a thing. My phone works just fine on normal calls. Useless.

This app (and their computer/online version) is HORRIFIC! Would not recommend to any company. So unreliable, calls drop, app only works 75% of the time and will not let you sign in the other 25%, texts don’t go through sometimes, other times, you receive a text and don’t know about it until 1+ week because you never receive a notification and/or the text doesn’t appear until some random day/time, but shows the original date/time that it was sent to you. I could go on and on….

There are some seriously annoying glitches on this app. I have to delete and reinstall it multiple times a week because it will log me out and won’t allow me to log back in. My calls constantly drop.. the only positive thing I can say is the texting function works decently. Please fix the bugs!

This app is very glitchy! The old version was better. Somehow, I got locked out of the old version and IT instructed me to download this app. Since using this one, my calls have a delay. When I try to answer inbound calls it hangs up. Also, I can’t put it on speaker until the person actually picks up now.

I guess it gets the job done but barely. This is the third time over a course of 6 months that I have had to delete and reinstall the app because it won’t allow me to log in (auto logs me out). 

Texting will show duplicates. But contacts merge with Bullhorn integration. This is the only way, or a Google chrome extension to view texts… not great but it’s my only option. 

Calls rarely go through, I think it struggles to connect via phone vs using the desktop version, but sometimes it works. 

Would I choose this as a preference or recommend to others? No, but my company uses this, so I’m hoping for improvements.

This app works brilliantly and the way it works with my CRM and desktop saves me loads of admin and time each day

The user interface is great - very clean and easy to follow. I love the fact that all my contacts are pulled from the CRM and I get a record of my recent activity so I can get back in touch with people easily.
