Submit button doesn’t do anything. Tried 4x. Tech-savvy physician. App needs major work. ### 1/5 — Difficult to log in unless everything done right by admin *2024-08-14, version 2.7.4* I also have not been able to use the app. I did get an organization code. However account creation needs a degree and field form entries in the account creation page. Those fields do not allow any data entry on the iPhone. I’m not going to stop using my iPhone so this app doesn’t work for new users until they fix that bug. Attempted to access eval., and CME multiple times without success. I was then locked out, and instructed to change my password. I can not access my work email from home. I will now miss out on my CME’s. This process should not be this difficult. ### 1/5 — Can’t input CE *2023-11-27, version 2.7.4* Can’t input CE anymore with the latest update. Kinda renders this app useless, now doesn’t it? ### 1/5 — CME evaluation *2021-05-04, version 2.7.2* I have just spent the last 15 minutes trying to do an evaluation for a recent course. I have been totally unsuccessful in doing the evaluation which is required to obtain CME credits. It should not be this hard. I have now put in my demographics 3 times but no evaluation form has appeared. What is the deal???? ### 1/5 — Confusing and horrible *2021-01-20, version 2.7.1* It's very telling that when you go to their web site, there is no support information. No phone number, no chat option, nothing. Just a generic info email Make no mistake, this is great for your CME office people, because it unloads all the work from them to you and your audience. They're the real customers. If it happens to make your job as a course director or presenter or audience member impossible, who cares? This monstrosity was forced on us without warning. The profile creation page is extremely buggy. As the organizer of a regularly scheduled conference series with a WebEx invitation with the same link every week, it's extremely unclear how I'm supposed to continuously display the QR code or special code so that participants who come in a few minutes late will see the code. There is no Webex integration as far as I know. It seems that my job is now to man the chat box and answer the constant "what's the code" questions from the audience or force every presenter to alter their PowerPoint to include the code. Will happily change the review if this becomes usable. Right now, it seems like more trouble than it's worth and it'll be easier just to stop providing CME. ### 2/5 — Barely functional *2026-04-14, version 2.7.4* First, there is no option for support. If you have issues or questions, there is nowhere to email or request support. Window pop-ups for things like MOC quizzes are not formatted to appear appropriately on iPhone devices.
