Session constantly expiring regardless of when the app is opened. Often instantly. Very frustrating and needs more bug fixes.

On iOS I have lost the option of setting off alarm or toggling light and the reaction to detection of people is too slow resulting in the back of heads and poor evidence of trespass and crime . Disappointed . Two stars as it is still barely functional and of use.
Updated to one star still no function of setting off alarm or turning on light
Updated to four stars functions restored but finding settings within device and family plan settings was complicated.

Do not buy this camera or app. Had it for 3 years and it doesn’t work half the time, you sometimes get notifications like 20-30 minutes after someone is at your door. Live camera is terrible and rarely ever loads, it just says “encrypted” and spins the buffering wheel. Terrible door cam/app.
